Got there at 738 repeated our order 4 times and waited for over 15 min to find out they made the order wrong then other 10 min for me to have to walk in to get my coffee. The owner needs to get some workers that are able to work at a faster past. There wasn't anyone there when we got there. It's crazy that couldn't even get what I asked for. Late for work and it wasn't worth it.

I was so excited to finally try this place, waited in line for over 10 minutes with two cars ahead of me. The line never moved! I was on a time limit so I ended up leaving without ordering anything. Maybe it's just me, but I dont think drinks should take this long.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. The ocean springs location is great. Every single time I come I have to have the drinks remade because they are either disgusting or instructions weren’t followed. My friend says she has the same experience every time as well.

I decided to stop in for the beignets and they were the worse I've ever had. They were old and not hot at all. They were fried too long because they were hard on the outside and on the inside. The taste was just like bread, no sweetness except for the crazy amount of powdered sugar. Please cook your beignets to order.

So there I was, driving around aimlessly thinking about Starbucks. Good Lord did I want some Starbucks. I would have done anything for some Starbucks. But I was on the opposite side of I-10 and just happened to see a new coffee shop where Krispy Kreme used to be. PJ's coffee. A coffee shop from New Orleans? Being a southern person, I know how good everything from New Orleans actually is so I went ahead and took my happy ass in there and check it out. As soon as I went in I was greeted warmly by the staff and the place was extremely clean. The crazy thing is, this part of town is somewhere I used to not want to visit but this cafe is sticking out like a sore thumb in a good way. The pregnant girl in there, Kat, was super nice and extremely helpful, she made an awesome chocolatey frozen drink for me, coffee, she heated up the muffin that I bought, and she had a smile the whole time. Although I didn't catch their names, the other two workers were just as bright and happy. I think I just found my new coffee spot.

OMG!!! Customer service was absolutely amazing! Keeley took my order and made me feel sooooo welcomed! The atmosphere of the place really added to the experience as a whole! 100/10 would recommend to anyone in the area. I WILL be coming back here in the future for my morning coffee runs! 🙌
The frozen king cake is the best!! As well as the chai velvet ice !! The workers and managers were very kind and the place is great

I waited for twenty minutes with only two cars in the drive through, and by the time I got to the window, I wasn't even addressed sat there for 15 minutes before I decided to pull away after 20 minutes of ordering just one coffee. This place is extremely disorganized and the employees there aren't customer receptive.

There were two separate times where I ordered a hot white chocolate and they gave me a white hot chocolate latte instead. I understand the mistake the first time but when it happens again when they don’t double check which one you want is not great. Everything else was awesome and the people were nice, don’t get me wrong. I just think they should do a better job at not assuming and making sure they understand the order.

Coffee was not hot. Return it to the counter and they replaced it after about 10 minutes. The beignets were not fried in the middle. The outside was brown as expected.
