My boyfriend and I have been trying to find a good breakfast spot with a cozy atmosphere and we found it here. By far the best breakfast we have had in Gulfport! Staff is very welcoming with a laid back and friendly vibe. Simple options, no crazy or odd spins on food, just good home cooking. Coffee and other frozen drinks were delicious! Together we ordered a little bit of everything : breakfast sand which, breakfast tacos, sausage gravy and biscuits, side of hash browns, frozen lemon cream, and an iced caramel macchiato. Total of 42$ before tip which I thought to be reasonable. Thank you for everything! We will be back!

Stopped in for breakfast. We got the breakfast fiesta burrito and the breakfast sandwich! The owners brought out our food and felt like the quality wasn’t up to par and just made a second burrito for us. Completely on their own. Talk about good customer service 😳
They make their own hash browns in house! They are tasty! The food came out SO hot, it was refreshing. The breakfast sandwich was delicious but if you can’t handle spice, leave off the creole sauce!

A cozy little coffee shop and the perfect spot to relax—especially if you’re waiting on the tire shop across the street.
I really enjoyed their mocha and latte options, and the comfy couches in the back made it easy to unwind. Big bonus: they have a giant puzzle in the back that was a fun way to pass the time.
Highly recommend checking out Perks Coffee if you’re looking for a laid-back place to enjoy a great cup of coffee.
Recently under new management so they are working the kinks out. Overall a very nice space, they even have board games and puzzles if you are looking for something to do on a bad weather day or need to kill some time. Great drinks and breakfast sandwiches.
