Coffee machine down because “it isn’t clean.” Work area did look filthy. Worker at register and making drinks rude. Worker at register unfamiliar with menu. Wish could give 0 stars. Been to other pjs and had great experiences. Not this one, don’t waste your time or money at this location.

Coffee was watered down and horrible. They don't open until 11am. [post-review edit by original reviewer's husband]. “I returned to PJ's and explained to the barista that something was a bit off. She immediately corrected the problem and brewed up a fresh pot of coffee. I think perhaps the coffee maker wasn't quite warm enough when the first batch in the morning was made â€â™‚ï¸. I see this as more of a 3 ✨instead of our original 1âï¸.â€

We were wanting to get a refreshing blended coffee after doing some shopping. After placing our order, we were told they didn't have that drink or the machine wasn't working. We finally found something they recognized and they had no idea how to make it. I felt bad for the employees because this was a blatant display of lack of training. The drinks were so terrible we threw them away. We also ordered a chocolate muffin. I'm not sure what kind of chocolate it was but it was disgusting as well. We generally love PJ's. Don't waste your money here.

The worker here named Qua'Daija told a fellow customer that the “ice cream machine is off†when there was cold bluebell ice cream sitting in the display freezer waiting to be scooped up and served. Seems like she was just being lazy. Coffee that I got tastes nearly like water.
