This is a beautiful building, very nice casino and some good restaurants. But as a hotel, it is abominable. The rooms are absolutely normal, for a standard mid range hotel like a Holiday Inn. But they are dirty, old, and ill equipped. No clock radio or alarm whatsoever. No microwave. no bedspread, just a weighted sheet. The water pressure in my room was very minimal. The water tasted and smelled like it had kerosene instilled in it. And maid service was only provided upon request. On top of all that, when I booked my room, the nightly rate was $99. I booked for five nights, and did not realize until I was already there that the rate went up to 130 a night the second night, then to 230 a night for two nights. Yes, I should've caught it when they told me the overall rate. But if you ask me, that's a bait and switch. And at age 70, I'm not someone who discriminates on the base of age. But I've never seen so many morbidly obese, heavy smoking, heavy drinking, electric scooter driving people in my life. I was there visiting a friend and hoping for a pleasant vacation. Next time, I will indeed use the Holiday Inn.

The food and bar are good. The slots take your money fast. Most of the time the quick loss of my money makes me loose the good time I should be having. Go there knowing the slots will take all of your money.

A bit dark inside, and not the romantic type of dark, but more like the gloomy kind. The service was ok, the house was a little arrogant acting, but the server was polite and efficient. The food was just ok. I wasn't impressed by the lack of dressing options for the salad, and for a table side spun salad, there was a lot of wilted lettuce in it. The filet seemed like a cheaper quality of filet. There was a lot more fat than what you would expect from that cut of meat. There was a lack of sides as well, but I tried the potatoes, and was satisfied with those above anything else I had. The price didn't match the quality or experience though. I'll definitely be skipping this one in the future.

For me, this is one of my all time favorites! To start, the salad is INCREDIBLE! I could eat this for my meal with that awesome bread. Everything is perfection there BUT the waitstaff, especially Brad, was AWESOME! Thank you for always showing us why this IS our favorite!!

I love this place and the only reason I would come back to this casino. Top notch food and service. Impeccable service. I won't be staying at the hotel again. Pillows suck and the beds are like sleeping on a rock. But, I will come here to eat. Great staff and awesome food. Great time and enjoyed the special occasion. Stopped in for a casual afternoon of blackjack and slots ruined by arrogant dealer. "James" dealt a couple of shoes where only one at our table did any good. OK, fine - that's the game. Just for conversation, I asked if he thought I should have split 4s against his 5. He said: "I don't give advice to people who don't take care of the dealer." I was shocked. Really? I replied that, Iike many players, I regularly tip the dealer when I'm done playing, and intermittently if I get a winning hand or two. He said: "I don't play that. My experience and knowledge is worth something." Pit boss was oblivious to the exchange. James was relieved by the dealer from the next table, and on his way out I tossed him a $5 chip. No response, no thank you. Just attitude. Why should anyone go there if that's the way you're going to be treated. Answer the question and maybe the player will stick around and maybe even make more money for the house. Idiot.

When making a hotel reservation, do not make one at last minute. It is a first come first serve type. You can ask for a certain room but you might not get it even though you reserved it. Giving your credit card number does not hold that room for you. Be sure to ask these questions before you stay there.
