Horrible Thugs Working the tire department, they tried to Over charge me on a simple $20 tire Fix for $180. STREET Thugs like this belong in the Projects Dealing drugs, doing what their great at, not working at this company.

I came in to shop yesterday and stopped to talk to one of the employees. We hadn’t been talking more then 2 minutes when a “manager” by the name of Christina came up and pulled the employee away. When the employee returned he said he was told he could no longer speak with me and was told to get back to work. Very strange.

Sams used to run a nice clean gas station. I don’t know what changed in the last few months but the pumps are really nasty and grungy. I still put up with the filth for the savings but today took the cake! I put member card and then my credit card into the card reader and the screen went crazy. I then noticed the keyboard has been tampered with , even the housing around it has been broken away. Staff at the pump (Linda)was really rude - I asked for company ID and she says I ain’t got no ID! I asked again, specifically a company ID, oh- all I got is this right here, a Sams badge, sheesh, all I asked her to do was please verify my card hadn’t been charged the 40 bucks that popped up on the screen after this started, she tells me to take it up with the manager inside , dropped a cone in The driveway and shuffled off. I had to call the store and after being handed off to 3 diff folks still no resolve after 28 minutes on hold. Finally a manager came out and tried to reset the pump without any luck. He did verify my card hadn’t been charged but DID NOTHING to stop the next person from experiencing the same thing!! Sams, you have to step your game up! Pumps that used to be clean are filthy - and I think I know why after dealing with the lady that was more concerned with getting back into the AC than helping a customer. Pump 6 is back in action. I pulled away to send this review and as soon as I pulled off they reopened the pump. So much for responsible vendor handling of my credit card info. I’m cancelling my credit card now.

Bought a phone and phone plan from the AT&T kiosk in Sams in Gulfport. When i got home i found out the rep had lied to me on 5 specific points and added home internet service to my plan which i had specifically declined. Come to find out the reps in the Kiosks are not AT&T employees but mercenary sales reps who work for a seedy company called Smart Circle. This was pure fraud at the highest level. They lie to you while they smile at you. I called AT&T today, the day after the sale and they would not cancel the deal. Ill be spending the next week trying to reverse the deal and filing complaints at state and city levels. Hard to believe Sams allows this to go on. Will talk to store manager tommorrow. Will update with their help or lack of it.

Not exactly a review but I have no where to put this. If you lost Toyota keys along with your MK pouch the last time you visited Sams club in Gulfport, I found them in the cart left in the cart return. I left them with member services. Happy New Year!
I had a terrible customer service experience today at Sam’s. I was spoken to like I was less than by a manager named Christina.. I asked politely where the Christmas lights were located and she said “you mean the ones that were here a month ago” and looked at me as if I were stupid. I explained to her I was told by my husband they had them in stock, he was there just this morning. She then raised her voice and said “you can’t expect to come in here the week before Christmas and see Christmas lights on the shelf”. I was immediately shaken up by her response and asked for a manager above her. She refused to tell me and told me to find the hotline, then walked off. She does NOT need to hold a position of authority at any store and I plan to speak with her superiors as soon as possible.

Why would I write a recommendation? Purchased two briskets. One for $125 and the other for $90. The larger of the two had more than 8lbs of fat on it after I trimmed it and the smaller had about 5. Sams Club quality has gone way down and honestly, I think that I’m done shopping there all together. I would rather drive further and get better quality meat, then to go to Sams of Gulfport
