We were there today around 5. While I do understand they were busy and it was quite windy so it was a bit difficult to hear… this was pretty bad. It seems like there was a lot of miscommunication. We were trying to figure out which appetizer to order before we picked one but the waiter put in both instead of just the one we picked. They apologized and said they would discount it but they did not. The appetizers were pretty ok but I found them flavorless. Our seafood platter was completely over fried and all tasted the same. We honestly didn’t even eat half of it. They also forgot our alligator bites before promptly replacing them. They were also very overfried and dry. When we looked at the receipt we noticed it seemed way too high. They charged us for the platter for 2 which is 37.99 instead of 27.99 also without the discounted appetizer. When ordering we said just the one. He said the platter for two. We responded we are sharing it. He asked again so we confirmed yes this would be for two people. This was probably a misunderstanding from all of us. Very upsetting experience. We already had so much wrong with our order that we didn’t say anything else. Although the kind staff helped a bit, I probably won’t be coming back. Still upset about it.

Shaggy’s was great. We were a big party but received excellent service. Barely a wait. Gregg, our server, was wonderful and punctual. We will definitely be back!!!

We always have an amazing time. Alyssa and Brandy took great care of our 30 person party. We come here every year around this time. The food is incredible and the atmosphere is bar none. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Great views.
