Go into the bathroom before you decide to eat. They tell you a lot about the cleanliness. The hallway hasn't been vacuumed, the toilets cleaned, and the entire bathroom was, sad to say, disgusting.

I went to this establishment for a total of 30 minutes and walked right back out. Some friends decided to go to Susie Cues to play some pool, eat, hang out, etc. First of all, the service was absolutely terrible. The “server” had a horrible attitude and assumed I was broke because I asked a question about an item. Okay, red flag number one. We ordered nachos, when we got them I took a bite and pulled out a piece of plastic, looked like a piece of glove. When I had brought up the situation to the “server” she huffed and puffed and took my plate and basically threw it on the counter. I got up and went to the bathroom and seen a rat run from one side of the bathroom to the other. This place is a joke. I highly DO NOT recommend this establishment to ANYBODY. Absolutely disgusting. Guess I’m gonna have to get nasty with it.

I went back to Susie cues and it was honestly one of the absolute best eating experiences I’ve had! The staff was super friendly and my food was perfect! I’ll order from here again for sure!

This place would be good if they knew how to run it. The night crew is going to run it straight In the ground! We’re all service industry and many many times we have come here and they act like it’s a bother we’re here. We tip$20-$40 every time depending on the bill and they act the same every time. On the phone more worried about a smoke break very unprofessional I would be embarrassed to call this my establishment. Owners really need to take over cause this is a gold mine being ran straight to nothing. Servers bartenders etc rude as hell! Won’t be coming back!!! I will tell everyone I know as well! Sad cause the food is pretty good 👍

Terrible service. Got weird vibes from the start. Ordered a Philly and fries for myself and wife ordered nachos. She asked for chicken and was told they’re out of chicken so then she asks for beef and told they’re also out of beef so she decided not to order anything. I asked for my Philly to go due to this, no big deal. “Waitress” comes out a few minutes later and just says “$26”. No actual bill, no receipt, no change etc. I asked why is it $26. (Philly & fries $15 and two cokes) Waitress seems irritated that I question it and tries to verbally explain that they’re going to charge me $2 for a couple of to go boxes with no actual bill/ticket to show. I then question why are there two boxes and she replies one for sandwich and one for fries. I ask why do you need to charge me $2 for two boxes for one meal with no answer. I’m irritated at this point and ask her to cancel the order. She has to yell over us multiple times for her “momma” who I assume is the owner to tell her we’re canceling our food order. Not once does she come over and try to correct anything. Never saw a single official bill for anything not even the drinks. Paid cash ($7.54) for two cokes and left. Bad business. Used to eat there often when it was Jim Bobs and Skeeters. Will never be back. Check your bill, stop letting these places overcharge!

Very nice pool hall. Had a wonderful experience. Saturday was a bit lively. Clean and spacious lots of tables. Enough room for the 2 of us to enjoy our own space ✨️ This place made for a very nice date. It was a great choice. 💫Bartenders are angel shot knowledgeable. Be safe out there, ladies.

Great little hole in the wall, there's plenty of pool tables, 2 dart lanes, and 2 ring games. During the beach not as busy but perfect for a casual hangout place. Friday to Sunday it does pick up and the atmosphere does get better. The price for game is really really good at $5 per hour Or you can pay per game on the quarter tables.

It was ridiculous. They over charged me about $15 dollars when all I had gotten was a 20 piece wings and fries. And it over charged me so I’ll be needing my refund please.
