Saw a commercial for this establishment and I ordered two one for myself and one for my mom I ordered the pineapple surf and the banana berry all I saw were flavorings and darkened bananas and the typical berry stuff you see when you ordered a ice cream from Sam's club was very disappointing and false advertising compared to the commercial and reality so basically I paid for canned berry jam rather actual fruit as per commercial.

After ordering I sat in line for 20 mins, then when I finally got to the window I was told they could only take cash because the system was down. I stated I do not have cash but I do have the app, she said I can’t accept that either. I said I wish I knew that before I sat in line so long. All I was told was I’m sorry.Basically my two smoothies were thrown in the trash because I did not have cash and was not told before ordering.
