After ordering I sat in line for 20 mins, then when I finally got to the window I was told they could only take cash because the system was down. I stated I do not have cash but I do have the app, she said I can’t accept that either. I said I wish I knew that before I sat in line so long. All I was told was I’m sorry.Basically my two smoothies were thrown in the trash because I did not have cash and was not told before ordering.

Went in to get my favorite smoothie just to be told afterwards paying and everything that they no longer make the smoothie. I was then told I couldn’t have my money back because I used my debit card but was offered a $10 gift card instead. I was already having an emotional day and this just put me over the edge. Will never return.

Couldn't find email so making comment. Great drinks. Pay a lot for them. Buyers paying this kind of money all most daily expect the place to be clean inside and out. Only problem I'm having is the parking lot looking like trash. Trash needs to be cleaned up.

Product is usually good. Y'all gotta get the drive thru situated. No reason to wait in line for 25 min after you have paid at the window and then your order was made but it was sitting on the side melting away... come on now.

I placed an order on the app for 0 delivery fee. not only did I not get my order but when I called to check on it, I was told she was too busy and she hung up on me. I called again about my refund and told I could not have one! now they refuse to answer the phone! you lost a good customer. I need my money back. maybe you should hire more experienced people who can deal with mistakes.

First Smoothie King location I've visited in Mississippi. It is also where I've tried the Mango Pineapple Hydration Smoothie at the time. Every Smoothie here is very refreshing and an ideal choice when sitting on the beach.

Go to lunch spot on busy days. I use the mobile app and they always have my smoothie on time and they're reltivly consistent on the order tasting the same (sometimes the protine powder is a bit more gritty but the flavor is always the same). Definatly one of the better smoothie king locations i've been to, and the staff is always sweet.
