Pretty hoity toity atmosphere, the service is slow and abysmal, IT'S SMOOTHIES, get it together. That said, the smoothies *are* great. It's just awfully slow.

Had an issue at Smoothie King hwy 49 - Gulfport MS. They asked me to pull-up in the drive through- then did not bring my order. I went inside after 15 mins. Turns out they gave it to the wrong car. While I’m inside, Wrong car brings the order in after 20 minutes and SK employee try’s to hand it off to me and problem solved…. I refused to take the order after being in someone else’s vehicle for 20+ minutes. They said they were very busy and to redo the order would be a while. I asked for a refund and they said there wasn’t a manager there and could not refund. They said that they would have someone call me and I left my phone number. No call back - over a week ago. ******The response to this complaint echoes the lack of concern… in my complaint I state that I have contacted customer service with no response … the response says to contact customer service. Confirming my complaint of not willing to resolve anything.

4 people working and I’m the only Person on the place. They forgot to make My smoothie. After 10 minutes, they couldn’t even remember what I ordered. I asked for a refund instead of having to wait longer and the refused. It’s obvious smoothie king runs a scam to steal money from people. Don’t make the customers smoothie and then refuse refunds when they are tired of waiting.

they close at 9 pm at this location and I came in at 8:47 to order ONE smoothie.. whoever the person was that was inside at the time saw me walking in, went to the back, and hid out for all of 7 minutes until I left. not to mention they had already put everything away before it even made 9. completely unprofessional, unnecessary, and just outright rude. wish I could give 0 stars because they deserve it :)
The staff is extremely friendly. Customer service and the atmosphere here is great. Skye greeted me and took my order. She made sure my smoothie was made right. Skye was very sweet attentive and friendly! I will definitely be back!!!

So I ordered a bee berry sting bowl aswell as a hulk chocolate add peanut and cold brew. It was absolutely amazing. The team also worked so well together Mia, Ariowen, and Natalya provided excellent service. Definitely coming back!!!
