I waited 20 minutes trying to place an order, and they never took it. They made me waste my lunch break.

Everyone at this sonic is rude and never get my food right. No utensils no napkins server kept rolling her eyes at me.

Order accuracy on mobile not good. Ordered bacon cheeseburger and bacon was nonexistent… Tots looked like they were tossed in the bag.

This place is a trashy disaster of an excuse for a place that sells food. Eat at your own risk. Years ago, this was a nice place. It's now the perfect example of how NOT to run a business. Owner??? Take a hard look before they shut you down and the profit you put over any quality is pulled and you are forced to close and clean up this cesspool.

Worst sonic on the coast
SUPER SLOW!!! I put my order in almost ten minutes PRIOR to arrival. Upon arrival, there was only ONE other car in the parking lot. I had to call ten minutes later to inquire about my order. I received a pretzel that was so burnt it was the color of my tire. The chilli cheese tots were full of grease and crunchy as kettle chips. The burger was as cold as the hard slice of cheese that was on it. I wasted my Christmas gift card on this meal. I had to find something else to eat afterwards. So disappointed ☹️😞.

This is my favorite Sonic to go to on the Coast. The new crew and manager are great at their jobs. They seem like they really enjoy being there and have fun while working. The manager organizes school supply drives and food drives and really seems to love helping her community. Yesterday I went through and the drive thru worker offered my baby her pup cup and gave her some good ear scratches before we left. Great people. Great food. Great environment.
Parking: park in stalls, drive thru Service, and parking for outside dining.
Kid-friendliness: They absolutely love children..the manager had three kids of her own and I've seen her organize a few things for the kids in the community.
Wheelchair accessibility: yes I would consider it accessible. I however don't need a wheelchair so I wouldn't consider myself the best person to give advice on that aspect.

My food was not prepared right at all and I knew it would be that way very simple order too no rush I was the only customer very disappointed but whatever I don't matter just like my order

Waited over 20 minutes after check-in for food ordered on the app. They had very few other customers so not busy. When food finally came out it was lukewarm and fries were chewy. I won’t be back.
The assistant manager here is amazing!! Very sweet, polite and friendly and great manager skills!!! We had to get our order remade from last night and she got it perfect!!! I hope she is always here at this location when we come get sonic.

Who franchises this location? Do you even care about your business? If so retrain your employees on customer service. Your order taker was NOT POLITE and obviously frustrated. Could there be a problem with your speakers or just his training? I had a big order, and he was so rude- frankly if I didn’t stop here at the grandsons request I would have driven away. 40$ for 5 drinks 3 corn dogs with fries and 2 burritos for my husband— ridiculous!!! I’ll tell him no next time —- look at the filthy stall—Looks like evidence of other upset customers. (Wish I could post a picture so you could see)

I've come here multiple times and every single time they take forever to make anything. I got two drinks and 30 minutes had passed so I just left. Whatever. Next time I got two more drinks and this time it took 20 minutes BUT the slushies were not mixed properly and were so sour you couldn't even drink them. Gotta be the worst sonic around needs new crew ans management.
