On 3 occasions within 3 months I have mobile app ordered food+sonic blast. 30 minutes of waiting with 0 communication. Press button and ask for eta. Told sonic blast are not available and they haven't even started my order because of that or bothered to notify me. They were not empty but not busy either every time. Management is failing to correct this repetitive behavior across multiple month period. Whoever is managing this location should be ashamed. Not once but three times they never even planned on notifying me.

I just recieved my door dash order and the onion rings were something so.disgusting i would have been ashamed to.bag them. They were raw in one big mushy ball the cryst separated from the onion soaked i. Grease that git cold the temoerature of the onion rings were as if theh has been sitting on a couch lounging for three hours so disgusting theyvwere nit fit fir anyrhinh but the garbage can . I had a large order almost $6 just wasted and i am sitting gere now with nithing to eat. Please get someonevwho wants tobwork and train them right. You are losinh customers necause tge orice of food is way over the topvand people will refuse to.pay fir such disgust. People do nit have the time, ir money to be played around with. Make thing right for the customers or go.home. there are plenty peoplevwho want to work to earn a living there are plenty people who would not mind paying the high price im order to.be abke tk eat and enjoy good food. But taje your customers money and ssrve them a big bag of balled up.garbage with no remorse and you will just about be abke to touch the bankruptcy mark befire you shut your doors. Shame on you and shane on you fir allowing laziness and bad businesz.

Wow, what a difference a couple months makes!
my June visit was almost my last.
I was in on Saturday Septemer 27 for lunch. My burger was so fresh, well put together( not a mess) my special order was perfect!
food came out within 5min. from the time I ordered.
I think I can put this Sonic back in my rotation.

Order accuracy on mobile not good. Ordered bacon cheeseburger and bacon was nonexistent… Tots looked like they were tossed in the bag.

This place is a trashy disaster of an excuse for a place that sells food. Eat at your own risk. Years ago, this was a nice place. It's now the perfect example of how NOT to run a business. Owner??? Take a hard look before they shut you down and the profit you put over any quality is pulled and you are forced to close and clean up this cesspool.

Worst sonic on the coast

SUPER SLOW!!! I put my order in almost ten minutes PRIOR to arrival. Upon arrival, there was only ONE other car in the parking lot. I had to call ten minutes later to inquire about my order. I received a pretzel that was so burnt it was the color of my tire. The chilli cheese tots were full of grease and crunchy as kettle chips. The burger was as cold as the hard slice of cheese that was on it. I wasted my Christmas gift card on this meal. I had to find something else to eat afterwards. So disappointed ☹️😞.

This is my favorite Sonic to go to on the Coast. The new crew and manager are great at their jobs. They seem like they really enjoy being there and have fun while working. The manager organizes school supply drives and food drives and really seems to love helping her community. Yesterday I went through and the drive thru worker offered my baby her pup cup and gave her some good ear scratches before we left. Great people. Great food. Great environment.

Parking: park in stalls, drive thru Service, and parking for outside dining.

Kid-friendliness: They absolutely love children..the manager had three kids of her own and I've seen her organize a few things for the kids in the community.

Wheelchair accessibility: yes I would consider it accessible. I however don't need a wheelchair so I wouldn't consider myself the best person to give advice on that aspect.

Waited over 20 minutes after check-in for food ordered on the app. They had very few other customers so not busy. When food finally came out it was lukewarm and fries were chewy. I won’t be back.
