Stopped by to pick up a large Reeces peanut butter cup blast and 2 small cookies and cream blasts. A man asked me what I wanted, I told him 5 times I wanted a large Reeces Peanut butter blast. He had no idea what I wanted, never did get to order the other 2 items I wanted. Finally a young lady came out to my car and took my order. This is becoming a common problem at Sonics all over the Gulf Coast. They must not pay these people very well. Or they are not trained to do the job. The three Blasts cost over $20.00. The only Sonic on the coast is that I haven't had a bad experience at is Long Beach, MS.

First time at a Sonic ever. How does one order a bacon double cheeseburger, and there is no bacon put on it? Help me to understand????? I do like the tots option instead of fries. The realization is you stole money from me because you charged me for something you choose not to give me.

Shoutout to the staff at Sonic for keeping it real and letting me know they were short-staffed—that was honestly the best part of the experience. Now, let’s talk about the burger. I asked for a regular burger, not one drowned in mustard like it owed someone money. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked for a remake
 and somehow, they doubled down and gave me even more mustard the second time. At that point, I wasn’t sure if I ordered lunch or a mustard-themed science experiment. I get being understaffed, but come on. If I wanted a mustard sandwich with a side of regret, I would’ve stayed home. I’ve shown a picture of the first burger bellow. Now imagine even more mustard the second time around.

The last 4 times I ordered mozzarella sticks just to get home to find they didn't put the sauce for them in the bag. 4 times... in a 2 week period. The food is not the greatest. It's old most of the time. So I order something simple that maybe the employees wouldn't mind working a little (like put the sauce in with mozzarella sticks).

I got to say wow! I got there today around 5:00 p.m. and not only was the lady over the intercom amazing thank you very much ma'am I didn't catch your name but my CarHop was awesome my food was on point. I had a garlic butter burger ordered special came out perfect my cherry limeade came out perfect my French fries were perfect everything was perfect I am so impressed. Thank you so much amazing service amazing food amazing tummy is full and happy

Defintely got to sonic before they closed only to be told "were closed" when trying to get a drink. Another vast pulls in after me and they got served. Perhaps, im the wrong color. They sign out front says open. Just closed for me i guess.

Ordered a burger, they gave me an egg sandwich. Went to get the order fixed and was told over the speaker that someone would come to speak with us to see what was wrong. We see one girl come out repeatedly giving other cars their orders until the parking lot was empty. At this point, 10 minutes have gone by so we press the speaker and ask what was going on. A completely different woman walks out saying “she forgot”. Y’all surely didn’t forget to take my payment though right?
