I always have the best experience at this Sonic. Best one on the coast. Also, Tiara needs a raise!! She is probably the nicest employee I have EVER encountered in customer service!!! She is always so kind with such a huge smile on her face!!

Would leave a zero if could, dodge this sonic and the one on 49. If you live in south Gulfport sonic really isn't an option. These guys are rude, slow, and mean. The shut down the ice cream an hour to 2 hours early, a corn dog takes 15 minutes, everything f that comes out of this place is thrown together like they are literally throwing it across the kitchen. Both of these places need a manager that cares about the guests and the food

I used the Sonic App to order my lunch. I was on a short break. Once I arrived and put in my stall # I waited for almost 5 minutes. The manager comes and asks if I was trying to order. I replied it was online, where he informed me her system crashed. She couldn't make my food based on the receipt in my app. I could wait until the system came back (which hadn't the previous night. They closed early) or whenever it came back she would cancel my order and refund me within 30 days? I know it wasn't her fault, but Sonic is struggling on the proper training to deal with these types of issues. Terrible experience.
