Abysmal service from staff. They make you feel like you ruined their entire day by asking for a slush. Management is clearly poor or nonexistent.

I ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and when I got home and drank it, the order was wrong. The server also didn’t have change so instead of giving me $3.80 back she just gave me $3.00 and walked away. It’s 80 cents but what the heck.

Absolutely terrible we waited 24 to 30 minutes for regular dollar cheeseburgers. I’m already irritated by a work arguing with a Customer and had only one person bringing orders. Unpleasant and unprofessional.

This used to be my go to sonic in Gulfport and I will never go back again after today. They sent out two burnt grill cheese drink was soda water and I got an extreme fry and they put three handfuls of onions in it.. I usually top 5 and today the first day I didn’t tip low key feel bad but I couldn’t even eat my food I spent $12
I ordered 2 route 44 waters with lemon. I got both of them and the lemon was basically dissolved and crumbled to the touch. My husband ordered a breakfast burrito and the cheese wasn’t melted at all and was like clumps of cold cheese. Will not be back.

Extremely terrible customer service. Just want to be specific. The person who brought the food was ok we explained the mistake she went back inside to check no issues. The person taking orders was horrible & extremely rude. She needs to get retrained or moved to from taking orders. While ordering we keep having to repeat ourselves so clearly something was wrong with the speaker or headset, not an issue we just simply repeated parts of the order. We get to the end and are surprised about the price cause we couldn’t see the receipt on screen. “Ok do you still want it” Then we get our food ,not asking for anything to be remade, our blizzards were supposed to be chocolate we just wanted the syrup added. She getting ready to argue telling us what we didn’t order as if it was a huge inconvenience. Multiple people were in the car all heard my mom did ask for chocolate blizzards but again she had to repeat and something was wrong with the connection. So it was a simple miscommunication or not hearing situation which was a quick and easy fix that could have been sorted without my mother having to deescalate cause your worker was getting snarky.

I went yesterday and got a bacon breakfast burrito it was cold the cheese wasn't melted and burrito poorly made. it'll knew something was up when they came out in like 2 minutes with my burrito and then tried to give me a drink I didn't order as well. its like they dont know what they are doing there

Sonic is Sonic... They're good at what they do and they don't overreach with crazy items that they really can't cook. They stick to their basics and they've got it right!
