The staff is always nice but the store never has cheese for their fried pretzels, the online app is never updated with their outages and I've frequently lost money to substituting a cheaper item for what I wanted (ex: frequently out of pickle fries) seems their inventory person struggles to gauge what is needed. The food is mid quality to low compared to other locations I've been too.

If I could give a zero I would. Everytime I come to this location I have to wait 5-10 minutes just to order and damn near 30 for my food. Nobody else in the parking lot this morning but me and nobody never took my order. Y'all need to do better because that's a mess.

Ridiculous!! Sat at the drive-through waiting for a hello for 15 mins, then i walked in and find the workers laughing and having a good time. This place needs the health department to shut it down. They are not keeping it clean while cutting up with all their friends. I attached a picture just to show that i went in and saw this disaster. Sonic, it's sad that you do not have regular checks to balance this place out. The reviews here surely suggest it needs help.

Just waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes no one came over the speaker. Pulled into a stall and hit the button. 10 minutes and no one took the order or came on. Employee walking around out side but not bringing out any orders and confirms that they are open. Well I don't think k the are open for business just to get an hourly wage. DO NOT GO THERE FOR FOOD.

multiple times now i’ve had to wait 30+ minutes for a drink. no food or anything, just a soft drink, not even a special order one. When you go to this sonic they always have friends parked outside and they spend more time goofing off and going out to their friends cars than actually helping customers. I don’t know if there’s drugs involved or what but it’s not professional to just hang out in your friends car when you have customers waiting for their orders. it hasn’t always been this bad but something is definitely wrong with the management at this location now.

Been waiting so long and pressed the BIG RED BUTTON a total of 3 times no answer seen everybody around me get there food everybody just pulling up get a answer but I guess because I walked they don’t care about me it’s like that every time I come to this location it’s like nobody wants to work smh

Worst sonic in town by far. Terrible employees. They don't have anything in stock and they'll mess up making the one thing they do have in your order.
I repeat my order at least 4 or 5 time all I asked was no cheese mustard instead of mayo on a number 1 I ended up getting a burger with cheese and only ketchup on it fries were cold after waiting almost 45 minutes. The server basically threw my food at me. I ended up taking 2 bites and threw the rest away. The Dr. Pepper was great.

Honestly only thing that could be complained about is a cherry limaid that turned out to be straight cherry-aid but the 15 cherries was enough to keep me quit lol

I’ve been here a couple times with minor issues like the drink I ordered on the app being out, but tonight I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and a hot fudge sundae with Oreo pieces. The coffee tasted sour like it was expired and I was given a Oreo milkshake.
Love their variety of slushies.
