Ordered onion rings and they were limp and not brown or crispy. They sent out another order of the same pale limp uncrispy pathetic onion rings. Not happy with coney either.

I've been living in Orange Grove since 1980... Having eaten at Sonic many, many times. I don't know if management or ownership changed because the burgers are the best. Best burger this year so I returned ordered the same meal . No.5 was just as good as the first time. I bow taking my hat off... It took a while so I'm returning soon

I don’t recommend coming here on a Friday night after A long day at work. Ordered my food at 6:55Pm, had to check on it at 7:23pm after seeing all the cars that pulled in after me leave, Just have to re-order And sit there until 7:48pm Definitely ridiculous My “food” was mozzarella sticks and a blast. After waiting an hour for my food, AT SONIC, you would think i wouldn’t have had to stand by the door to get it. Manager knew and didn’t say a word or offer anything. I didn’t ask because I’m not that person but i find it ridiculous. No idea what happened to this place

I had a cockroach leg in my burger and when I told them they just took the same burger and put it on a different bun and by that time my food was cold and not good so I just left and called the district manager

Very very unprofessional sat here at the Oder stall for 15 minutes for someone to answer and just because they were about to close they wouldn’t answer the stall then the lights get shut off on us do better sonic

I go to Sonic about 3 times a week. It's normally great, no major issues to speak of, however today was a whole other ballgame. My order..BLT EXTRA BACON, LG COKE ZERO. I sat for 20 mins, it said food on the way, sat another 5 minutes, asked about food, another 5 minutes, asked again, 3 more minutes. My sandwich had ONE PIECE OF BACON. UNACCEPTABLE
