I've been going to this place almost daily for a few years now. Steve and Jenn are wonderful people, always smiling, saying hello, and generally creating a great vibe. I've never had to wait long for my food, and I've never had an issue with it! They even treat dog great when I bring him there on walks!

I ordered a sonic blast and they didn’t even mix it. They just put ice cream in the cup and threw the ingredients on top. They were supposed to have the ingredients mixed ALL through it, I think laziness played a major part and this is not the first time they’ve done this. They need to go back to the basics and learn how to make one.

Food, service and atmosphere were great but the App was slow, slow and hard to select store location.
Several bad service experiences here. This seems to have gone down hill like many of the other fast food places around. Very slow. Double cheese burger ordered, came with no meat on it. Come on. No apology, just a laugh after we had to drive back from home and get another one.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this is the 2nd time this Sonic has done this. Ordered coffee for my husband while he was at work having to work in this weather, he called me after I dropped it off to him telling me it was burnt as hell! I work in the food industry also & Ik it gets hectic but bruhhhh….it literally takes 2mins to make a fresh pot of coffee! Yall have us waiting for longer. This is 1 of the worst Sonic’s to go to. I will say, out of all of this, STEVE is the sweetest! Poor thing was running around crazy trying to deliver everyone’s food in this weather & had the BEST attitude about everything! About the ONLY thing pleasant about this store. Smh. GET IT TOGETHER SONIC! IT ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES TO MAKE ACTUAL FRESH FOOD & DRINKS!
