Literally the only reason this isn't a five-star review is because the screens don't work to enter a tip on your pay-at menu.. I have been to several different stations here and can never leave a tip. I don't suffer but your cap hops do.. just a suggestion.

I arrived around 4:15pm and waited for fifteen minutes after pressing the button. No one answered and there were only two other people. I’ve never had issues with this sonic before.

This location is the best. I travel all over the coast and have been to the sonics from Pascagoula to downtown Gulfport. This location is always fast, good food, and they get my order right.

Order the girl comes out and hands me my food. Asks me if I want the ranch and if I do it’s 54 cents not free like the app says. She didn’t even bring them out with her and they scratched 0 out on my receipt and wrote 54 cents. I might be wrong I just thought it was crazy. The ranch might have earned them another star.

Don’t go early in the mornings, nothing fast about, done tried 5 or 6 times, you will be there 15min atleast, same people working, either put more people on morning shift or hire some that want to work

Waited 20 minutes for 2 ice creams. 10 minutes after our mobile order was put in we watched all the workers walk inside from hanging out or something outside. We overheard a worker telling the people next to us that they were out of ice creams(they just didn’t want to make it). I sat there for the next 10 minutes realizing that I couldn’t refund my money for my order and no worker had told me they were out of ice cream. They then turned off their lights while we were there and finally gave us our ice cream. Weirdest sonic I’ve ever been to.

i placed a mobile order at 7:16 and waited well past 7:30 for my order. Multiple people pulled in after me ordered and got their food before me. I asked a little blonde girl what was taking so long i’ve been waiting over 15 minutes for my food. she smiled looked around and said “i don’t know what you want me to tell you.” I have no clue how a crew member that works in fast food could be so incompetent and disrespectful while smiling and laughing telling me that. They come back outside to tell me i’m waiting on tater tots when i didn’t even order those. Another person proceeds to get their order before mine. They refused me a manger multiple times. then when i called the store to speak to a manger the manager wanted to yell and argue with me. This store needs more respectful people that have good customer service skills. I work in customer service myself and i could never imagine a worker smiling and laughing at me telling me “i don’t know what to tell you.” Just go check and see what i’m waiting on and don’t make up something make sure i have what y’all said i’m waiting on in my bag. The most incompetent, disrespectful workers i have ever encountered. The blonde girl who i talked to first should not be working in fast food or customer service at all she immediately came at me with an attitude and hostility. I can not fathom how i was refused a manger the whole time i was there after i was told yes there was a manger i could speak too if a manger can’t come and do their job they shouldn’t have it either so irresponsible never seen anything like it in my life.

I’ve gone here about 4 times now before making my review. The service is usually pretty quick. The food has always been decent. However, the sonic blasts are lacking. They don’t mix in enough Oreos or m&ms or whatever you ask for. They usually put a lot on top and then a little at the bottom. I would say that you could make a better blast at home. They have gotten my drinks mixed up before. I’ve ordered a coke zero for myself and coke for my mom. when I’ve asked which is which, the delivery person said they don’t know. They didn’t mark the lids either.

If you want a very good sonic blast, you’re better off making one yourself at home for a much cheaper price!

I ordered a breakfast burrito and mozzarella sticks through the Sonic mobile app at 10:00 p.m., hoping for a quick and tasty late-night meal. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The burrito was missing the tater tots, which made it overly egg-heavy and unbalanced, as the tots are key to the flavor and texture. The mozzarella sticks were cold, likely from sitting out too long, which was disappointing. To top it off, the app listed spicy ranch as free, but I was charged for it and didn’t even receive it. It felt like the mobile order wasn’t handled with care, possibly because it was placed via the app. The staff didn’t seem attentive to the order’s details, which added to the frustration. I appreciate Sonic’s late-night options, but I hope they can ensure fresh food, include all components, and honor app promotions in the future.
