Ordered food waited 15mins pushed red button to get Lady is only one there today and can only do one order at a time. Ask for refund she said she could not do it right now. Should not allow orders if unable to provide food. Shut them down!!!!

I placed an order at 4:41pm on December 14th. When I got to the speaker I order two 1 combos the first one was supposed to have no onions and the other one was supposed to have no onions or tomatoes because my sister is allergic. We get our food and we get to eating and she starts having an allergic reaction due to the fact that they put the tomatoes and onions on there anyways. So I call the store to make a complaint and the manager tells me that we’re supposed to say that we’re allergic so that it doesn’t get put on the sandwich when that was the reason why I told them to leave it off. She even then swore that there wasn’t any on the sandwich and I told her that I still have the sandwich and took pictures and she lost it. She then goes ahead and blames me for the incident happening and we start going back and forth and I asked to speak to the general manager and she says she is the gm of the store. She then continues to cuss me out saying she makes more money than me calling me the b word and etc.. So I made a complaint to cooperate hopefully the actual owner of the store sees this and she can be dealt with.

They never take coupons and the GM or whatever she said she was is so rude......like I got a free ice cream cone her last time and didn't say nothing about a stamp and all of a sudden today they need a stamp make it make sense don't go here went to the one at airport road and they took it with out some dumb stamp smh do

Begging everywhere! Companies expect consumers to supplement pay through tipping when they should be paying better wages up front. Panhandling at its best!! Tipping is 100% out of hand!!! Stop asking me to TIP!!

Place was pretty busy. Seems like Becca was the only one delivering orders. Took forever to get 2 medium milkshakes. When the screen said our order was on its way, it was several minutes later when the order got to our car.
