Sonic Drive-In

We had the pleasure to eat here on Friday 6/7/24. The young man artfully taking all orders, making drinks and delivering food was incredible. It was his day off but he was called in and did it with a most gracious smile and attitude. The food was the best I've ever had at any Sonic in the country. This Sonic takes it to the next level and that started with that young man.

The guy at the counter was a racist because of my skin color . I am from asian country and we dont treat people this way all colors are equal. This is the second time he did this way as soon as i come to the counter he takes his time to serve me he was doing all kinds of stuff to avoid serving me why are these people like that today is 10th of may 2024. I will never ever buy anything from this sonic . I think people in the north are not that racist as the south. Very sad.

Sonic Walk-In more like, heyo

Came with my coupons and they took it with out hesitation

Food was prepared fresh, guy was working the coffee shop beside it and the main sonic by himself when I went. Also prices aren’t gouged like most stuff in airports?

Went during my lunch break today and always use the drive thru and was told at the window the drive thru is on break so either pull up or go somewhere else! On break? Really? It takes less than a minute to take my order so I went to McDonald’s across the street. Very poor service

Ordered a drink on the app today and checked in at 6:45 pm. There were only about 3 cars there when I got there. Watched all of them leave plus another car pull up and get food and leave and I was still sitting there waiting for my drink at 6:59 pm. I called over the intercom and asked for a refund. A minute later, a girl came out with my drink and asked if I still wanted a refund (with an attitude). I told her yes and she went back in and came out with a receipt and said my card would be refunded within 15-30 days. When I asked why it took 15 minutes to get a drink (and that was because I called and said I wanted a refund. Who knows how long I would have been sitting there) her reply was “I didn’t see it on my screen” again with an attitude. Not even a mutter of “I apologize” or nothing. Your employees need to do better. I come here at least 2-3 times a week and always have good service. But the ride girl and wait today ruined that completely.

Tell me why this sonic charged me $2.03 for a large WATER with lemon ! The Most I’ve ever paid at the other local sonics was 1.06 …. According to the manager at the location a water is not apart of any special and they have always charged for WATER . I will never go back I can tell you that !

This Sonic is one of the best. I stop by every morning before work to get a drink. Staff are very friendly and always gets my order out to me fast.

Stopped in and ordered 2 of the new BBLTs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! When I got home and checked them they both had little crumbs of bacon on them that might have totaled 1 piece. Not what was advertised at all! Shame on you Sonic for even serving it!
