25 minutes to get espresso and I canceled my order because they’re taking too long and they’re not even busy and it’s a lady there and the tall guy. I think it’s a manager they very rude and they didn’t respect the customer never stop by again. It’s old lady. I think she’s named tapi this lady it’s a really really rude not respectful woman

The drive through line was long but they moved it along at a good pace. I ordered the white chocolate peppermint latte and they topped it with whipped cream and chocolate shavings which my local Starbucks does not do. They were very nice and communicated about the timing of my order. 😀

I stopped coming to this one a long time ago, I lived in Gulfport for the past 3 years and would always drive to either one in Biloxi before coming here. It doesn’t matter where I’m at I never come to this one because it takes literally at least 20-30 minutes to get through the line even when it’s not long at all. Which I actually wouldn’t mind as much if the drinks were even made well. The drinks never taste right, they barely have any flavor even when adding extra syrups. Just extremely tasteless. I came here today for the first time in years and nothing has changed. Waste of money to even come to this one
