Slow slow slow. 45 minutes for a pickup order.

The worst service at any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There was only one worker who actually moved with any sense of urgency; think his name was Paul. The barista with the green hair was in charge of in person orders and made maybe 1/3 of the drinks he made. It took over 30 minutes for us to get our order. The manager walked out and had a discussion with the baristas about the schedule while the lobby was full of people waiting. They then had a discussion about strawberries while again the entire lobby was still full. She turned around and went back in the office. When I asked how may orders were ahead of us (after being there for 20 minutes), she explained the system of fulfilling orders then again never offered to jump in and help get the orders out. I don’t make it a habit of leaving bad reviews, but my hope is that somebody in charge here will see this and make some changes.

Slowest service I've ever had at a Starbucks. Waited 40 minutes for two drinks, and in those 40 minutes only about 10 drinks were made. The staff's attitude was poor, which seemed to effect productivity. One bright spot was an employee named Paul who got back from his break during our long wait; he came in and made more drinks in 10 minutes than the other staff had made in 25 minutes. The manager saw many customers waiting and slow output and did nothing to help or improve the situation.I will be sure to avoid this location next time I'm in town, and I recommend you do the same.

I really admire the staff’s generosity and customer service. Especially Jupiter, she really is committed to serving customers and giving them an amazing experience at Starbucks. I just wanted to say that I appreciate what the employees do to keep the customers, like myself, satisfied with every purchase. Keep up the good work!

Slowest Starbucks ever. 6 people behind the counter with only 2 actually working. Everyone chit-chatting and/or on their phones despite a drive through with a line around the building and 6 customers in the store waiting on orders.

The coffee and refreshers are so good. The vanilla scones are my fav!! However, picking up a to go order can be confusing. Your stuff is sitting on a counter with multiple orders for other pick up customers. I stood there for literally 5 minutes after 3 workers looked at me and didn't ask if I needed any assistance. I didn't wanna just grab and go. Finally a guy asked if I needed help and informed me I can just grab my order and go. Didn't ask my name or my order, so I literally could have grabbed a few things and left. So I left part of my order on the counter... on purpose. I walked out, put my partial order in the car, waited about 2 minutes, walked back in and grabbed my vanilla scones I left purposely. Again, Noone asked if it was even my order I was picking up AFTER doubling back. I found the staff, not rude, just not very attentive to their customers or the pick up orders. Not welcoming AT ALL. Not a, "Welcome to Starbucks" or anything. Better customer service is definitely in order.

This has to be the slowest possible store in their entire footprint. Doesn’t matter if you order it on the app or in store - just be sure to bank on atleast 30 mins wait. The drive thru backs up on to neighbouring business and you cannot exit once in line.There really need more staff and resources at this place. Use at your own risk!

They're trying their best. You know they're making coffee. The problem is it seems like there's different people in there every week. And they don't have their you know what together. They need a really intense manager in there to straighten everything

I was on my way home from some adventures and stopped here for a boost. The drive thru was quick, the employees were friendly and the drink hit all of the correct spots.

I made a mobile order and to Begin with they were out of a LOT of stuff then when I got to the window I was rudely told that next time I make a mobile order I need to make sooner because they didn’t have enough time to make it. I ordered it about 2 exits before I got to Gulfport.
