Every single time I come to this location, the owner is parked in the drive-through. I would never do a review if it was only a handful of times, but I do not have enough fingers to count how many times this has happened to me. And this is between noon and 1 pm. Itās enough that I will start going to the location on Cowan. Itās a shame because Iāve probably frequented this SUBWAYĀ® over 50 times because I work close by. Today I asked the cashier (older black lady) if he was going to move anytime soon. She looked at me, said no, and closed the window in my face. Iām glad I didnāt tip on this order. The owner did move his truck, but I wonder if he knows his staff talk to his customers this way.

I ordered a six in Philly so $7.37 right. I said that looks small for a six inch. She said itās half a loaf. Ok. It still small. She ignored that continues to make sandwich. I already knew that the meat was definitely not 3 oz. But all the one under was same so I was not trying to spend 4$ extra for a half serving. (It covered just the bottom of the white tray.). Get to veg. She put two slice of bell pepper and two onion. I said I need more that two pieces of veg. So she put two more slices of each. So I said fine throw lettuce on there if itās more to get an actual serving of onion and bell pepper. She put a little lettuce and two pickle. After I said pickle cuz dang. This just bread with garnishes really. I will upload photo of the sandwich I measured everything when I get home. I had 1 oz meat and u can see the saddest sandwich ever. Really sucked too. I had stopped eating at subway because they have been so skimpy and raised prices but I was starving after 8 days if illness this was the first food I was going to put in my system after liquid diet and sickness.

The woman, whos name was amanda, was amazing!!! Accommidating, polite, patient, super sweet, and food was great. Definetly going back because of her.
Amanda made our sandwiches and is super sweet and helpful. Will definitely go back! She even wrote birthday girl on my sandwich wrapper. ā¤ļø Food was great too.

I enjoyed the store at 2180 E Pass Rd because of the convince of the drive-thru. Provided the delicitasian doesn't get offended because they're more than one and every splurge on banana peppers amount is different.

Haven't been to Subway in quite awhile, didn't catch her name but the lady working this evening (4/18/2024)was extremely helpful and pleasant. Even recommended a couple sauces I haven't tried before. Will definitely return to this particular location.

Service was friendly and speedy! We always ask for double toasting the bread! We always order the Philly Steak! My one suggestion would be cut back on the amount of steakā¦ itās always the meat that falls all overā¦ leaving grease stains! We share a 12 inch and we are always filled up when itās all gone! Great store! Fast, accurate service! And the crew ādoesnāt lose control of the line when the store fills with customers (!this is only important if itās happened to you!) itās happened to us a few times at different locations and we could physically see the order and Pay at lines fall apart! It will break your heart ( add 30 minutes (Or more) and that 30 minutes YOU WILL never get back!
