This location is always clean and well kept. The employees are friendly, helpful, and prompt.
Every single time I come to this location, the owner is parked in the drive-through. I would never do a review if it was only a handful of times, but I do not have enough fingers to count how many times this has happened to me. And this is between noon and 1 pm. It’s enough that I will start going to the location on Cowan. It’s a shame because I’ve probably frequented this SUBWAY® over 50 times because I work close by. Today I asked the cashier (older black lady) if he was going to move anytime soon. She looked at me, said no, and closed the window in my face. I’m glad I didn’t tip on this order. The owner did move his truck, but I wonder if he knows his staff talk to his customers this way.

I ordered a six in Philly so $7.37 right. I said that looks small for a six inch. She said it’s half a loaf. Ok. It still small. She ignored that continues to make sandwich. I already knew that the meat was definitely not 3 oz. But all the one under was same so I was not trying to spend 4$ extra for a half serving. (It covered just the bottom of the white tray.). Get to veg. She put two slice of bell pepper and two onion. I said I need more that two pieces of veg. So she put two more slices of each. So I said fine throw lettuce on there if it’s more to get an actual serving of onion and bell pepper. She put a little lettuce and two pickle. After I said pickle cuz dang. This just bread with garnishes really. I will upload photo of the sandwich I measured everything when I get home. I had 1 oz meat and u can see the saddest sandwich ever. Really sucked too. I had stopped eating at subway because they have been so skimpy and raised prices but I was starving after 8 days if illness this was the first food I was going to put in my system after liquid diet and sickness.
