The on the sandwiches is barely there it gets really lost in between the great big foot long bun. The taste is all vegetables with the meat being a tiny dot in the middle of a garden. Toasted? Or maybe not. One sandwich I ordered came in a bowl with no bread. Imagine that. Lol No discounts here if that's what you looking for if you do get one better ask where's the beef? Or chicken? Lol. Funny but not too funny after you pay almost $30 bucks and add extra meat and it like the list planet Pluto. Yes! Customers order a meat sandwich not a vegetarian sandwich. If you need iron in your diet, don't order steak or philly here. Lol. Be real now. When you cannot afford to put meat on the sandwich the customer asks for and you really think that they not going to complain ? Especially when they spending their dollars they work for? Bet I won't be robbed ordering from here again. I thought a real business wanted to keep customers and gain new loyal customers? Maybe I' m confused ,I guess the want to run new customers off. I'm scared to come back , I really am . I'm not taking the chance on getting another meatless where is the beef sandwich again. It may be a while before I decide to diet anyway . Thanks but no thanks .

Naya is AMAZING. She made things right for me after the older employee lady made it bad on my original order. My food was so good once she made it, that's why I came back again and made sure Naya was working. Once again she made my food so very well, and it's all because she was hired by a very amazing store manager who cares about her customers VERY much. I vote this location the 5 star best Subway out of all the ones I been to in a 45 mile radius. Will be ALWAYS returning to this Subway to see Naya & her sister who is also a good employee

Walking in to order lunch will inconvenience the heck out the employees there today. Customer service is non existent, and don't you dare ask how they're doing because calling them out for their awful attitude is not acceptable. We'll never walk into this location again.

Got here today at 5:20pm January 6, 2025 and Both of the Employees on duty at that time were Extremely Rude and Disrespectful and I will be Calling Corporate Headquarters to File Harassment Complaints and the Unprofessional Conduct of these Employees Against Customers to the CEO of Subway and their Complaint Supervisor Team .

Proof of this Disrespectful and Unprofessional Behavior can be Verified with the Numerous Other Customer Complaints Filed here on Google Reviews against the Employees of this Subway restaurant.

I went Instead to “Jersey Mikes” Sandwich restaurant Down the Road and ALL their Staff at “Jersey Mikes” were Professional and Respectful and Took Extra Care with My Food and Spoke Very Kindly to the Customers in the Restaurant.

Shaved head lady, I don't know she or he has the worst concept of customers. full stop.
She thinks they she deserves a 20% tip when they take 45 minutes to make my sandwiches, which she burning them first, then overcharge me because we are bigger family of 8, that are considered as catering prices, when we are just driving through I 10 stop for subway which is subway big loss, a wrong decision they made to give them a franchise, because I will not be buy them any more there or anywhere.

Does anybody man these reviews because OMG?! Customer service is not what it used to be to be. I don’t think anybody communicates verbally, just stares until you begin your order. And hoodies at as a uniform?! In a restaurant?! Just stay at home. It ain’t worth it!

Went in to order a sandwich and the lady with black and blond braids, looked at me as if I was bothering her, never spoke took the cookies out of the oven and walked to the back. I stood there for about 5 minutes being ignored before I left. Terrible customer service, I will frequent another subway.
