I don’t ever leave reviews like this but every time I have walked into this place, the employees are so negative. I’ve always brushed it off because I’m just there for a sandwich but my toddler had to witness it firsthand. I was interrupted with an attitude and rushed by more than one employee when I would try to ask my child what he wanted and then proceeded to make fun of what we had ordered? I left quietly but every time I’ve come here I’ve had an uncomfortable experience with their service, not the food.

Always a huge wait in line. Stopped ordering online because order has ALWAYS been wrong. Employees don't seem concerned about getting people served quickly. Smiles would be nice once in a while. I don't sometimes like my work but I always give 100%.Parking: Not many parking spots available. Had to park in the dirt on the side of the place. Not in a good location and hard to get back onto the main road.

Went here about 4:30 pm today. Parked on the side and two employees crane out yelling at us saying “this is employee parking only you need to move” there was one far there. 20 open spots. She was very rude and when we got back in the car she rolled her eyes and slammed the door. I immediately left. I’m from New Orleans and came here to visit my sister. Never coming to this one again.

Went to pick my food pull off get home start eating open my sandwich and there was a pile on black olives and I didn’t even order
I made a YouTube channel when I used to work here called SubwayExposed. My coworkers would put flies in the sandwiches as a joke, the bleach and cleaning chemicals are open near the open food in the back, in one of my videos I found mold growing in a bucket and the girl just put all of the frozen bread dough in it thinking it was funny.... Worst part was a coworker had covid, and if he did not come in, she said she would fire him, so he was coughing and sneezing and nose actually dripped on the sandwiches... I'm sure thousands of people got sick across the city because of this location... People just have no idea how bad this Subway is. CDC should have gone down there and shut it down.

At roughly 3pm the open sign was on but the door was locked. An employee came to the door and said her computer was down - and when seeing coupons in my hand- said "I don't take coupons anyway". She let the family behind me in the store however.....
