I ordered.
The Beast purple, a foot long and the big guy 300 pound guy with burly beard and the short little girl. On January 31st 2025 at 5 PM had refused my coupon. It was current and it said $6.99 period So
Therefore, I watched them as I refused to purchase their full price of $11 and I observed them taking the sandwich to eat for themselves period instead of giving me the $6.99 coupon period

I ordered a sandwich through the app right before the winter storm. I never received my order. I even called and they confirmed it was returned back to the store. I’ve asked for a refund and even suggested if they couldn’t give me a refund then maybe a sandwich and no one has helped me at all. I’ve resulted to disputing with my bank. Who would’ve thought it would take all of this to get a refund on something I never received. Do better!

I put an online order in and they are claiming I didn’t make one when i literally have the proof it took the money out of my account. Don’t order online and expect your food from this store.
The lady I talked to also was very unprofessional and rolled her eyes when I showed her my proof I ordered. Then just walked away from me. Never again.

The assume the manager whose name was Lane(maybe Blaine) idk cause he walked off after he allowed someone to cut me in line and then proceed to racially profile his coworker and then proceed to hand the man his food FOR FREE after he skipped me. Really wild activity coming from this Subway. CRAZIEST experience ever. Then he proceeded to tell me I wasn’t in subway when my full being was clearly presented and standing in front of him.

This is the preferred Subway in the area! I ALWAYS order via the app and not once has my order been wrong. Lots of time my spouse puts in the order and they even tell me which bottled drink she ordered that way I get the right one.
10/10 service.

I eat here 2x a week. We get these coupons in the mail and then they choose which of the coupons they will honor. I always tip $5 but they are very rude. I asked for my toppings on the side and she pulls out 1 plastic water cup to put the toppings of a footlong in. Smh. Common sense must have skipped this place

I went to this subway on 06/29/24. The girl name nessa having really bad attitude. I was done by everything and was going to pay…but i suddenly got text by my brother for other sub…and i told her that u want other one! She got angry, and she said why you didn’t you told me before. Then she took wrong bread with wrong chiken! And she start abusing..then i told another employee that i want manager number he told me it’s on door..when i call on that number that was store number! Anyway he call the manager and she told me to come tomorrow instead of talking on call…like is this make any sense…i am not going to come back to your stupid place which is 20 miles away from my house ??♂️! My suggestion is never go there and she don’t deserve to work at subway ??

On June 18, I visited the store to buy a sandwich for dinner at home and after eating I found a long black hair and I know it wasn't one of those they served. Because they did not have long hair and it was in the salad, I think they are supposed to have their hair covered, it seems that they are not paying attention to the sanitation rules, they do not return to the store because they do not I wanted to go out again but it's sad to lose money that way

Ive placed online orders that they have gotten wrong twice in the last two weeks!!! I don't understand how they could do that since they have it right on the receipt and they have that in front of them while they are assembling the sandwich?!?!? Ive also contacted them via the app both times and have yet to receive any response.... Smh, bad business!!!
