brittney sucks you should get rid of her the food. The food line literally had nothing on it with bare minimum tomatoes look like there were prep this morning no onions about three or four cucumbers avocado looks like it was turning sour to the meat. Kinda looked weird and she had no customer service skills at all. She is very bland with her attitude and I literally had to wait 30 to 40 minutes just to get my food and I was a walk-in then on top of that. I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes just to get a freaking lid.

I was in a hurry and the girls little took their time instead of keeping the line going.. I was a manager for subway their attitude and service was horrible. The sandwich was not good at all the black olives tasted like chemicals. I bought a foot long and threw it away

Been there twice in the last month and they haven't had tomatoes.... what kind of Sandwich/ deli place doesn't have tomatoes. Extremely disappointing and I will not be going back

The guy taking orders was very rude from the start. He was in a rush to get everyone in and out, not caring about the way he made the food or talked to people. The 2 subs I ordered were a complete mess. My overall issue was his attitude.

I had almost stopped coming here completely. The service was horrible and you would have to argue to get your sandwich the way you wanted it.
However about two weeks ago my wife was telling me how this new guy had completely changed the atmosphere.
Well I took a chance followed her. Upon entering I noticed a big difference!
We were greeted and welcomed in. Then I met Mr. Reginald!!!!! While preparing our order he interacted with us as if learning preferences, all the while taking the greatest care with our food.
It is so amazing how one person can makes such a difference. This morning Ms. Nini was working also. She says this is her fifth day, but she seems like a professional to me.
While eating I really enjoyed watching Reginald and Nini's interactions with the other customers as they came in.
As long as Mr. Reginald is here this will continue to be my first stop for a quick meal!!!!!

The guy working here today is a real sweetheart! Super friendly and very helpful. Location is convenient attached to the Exxon Gas station, however to get out you have to go down past it to be able to hit the traffic light to turn left if you're going to try and get back on the freeway. Highly recommend

Don’t come here. Their toaster oven doesn’t work and you can’t tell until it’s too late for your mobile order and they’ll keep your money and refuse to give you a refund because it’s not what you ordered. So now they stole $30 and i still haven’t received the money because the worker said to come back and speak to a manager the next day but all of the workers refuse to help and the manager is nowhere to be found and they say you can’t get the refund after the day is over. Awful restaurant and awful location.

I placed my online order for $20+ & when I got there they couldn’t be toasted. When I asked for a refund the employee told me to go in the app to get one & in the app you can’t request a cancellation or refund so the employee told me to come back the next day for the manager. When I came in I was then told I wouldn’t be able to get one from the store because it was a new business day that my only option was to take the sandwiches or try to contact subway myself. This is the worst experience I’ve had with any business.
