Don’t come here. Their toaster oven doesn’t work and you can’t tell until it’s too late for your mobile order and they’ll keep your money and refuse to give you a refund because it’s not what you ordered. So now they stole $30 and i still haven’t received the money because the worker said to come back and speak to a manager the next day but all of the workers refuse to help and the manager is nowhere to be found and they say you can’t get the refund after the day is over. Awful restaurant and awful location.

I placed my online order for $20+ & when I got there they couldn’t be toasted. When I asked for a refund the employee told me to go in the app to get one & in the app you can’t request a cancellation or refund so the employee told me to come back the next day for the manager. When I came in I was then told I wouldn’t be able to get one from the store because it was a new business day that my only option was to take the sandwiches or try to contact subway myself. This is the worst experience I’ve had with any business.

I wish I could honest give this place no stars I went in to order food and roaches were crawling on the counter and flies were everywhere. It's so nasty up there and I watched the employee not wash there hands. It was just the worst place ever to get food. The DM Mike James has cut so many corners that the place has become so nasty and the manager at the Clark's side is an evil old lady yelling at everyone. Do Not Recommend this place to anyone.....

The morning and Lunch crew and general manager are awesome. The manger remembers half the lunch crowds sandwiches, from previous visits and is always friendly, with the customers and his staff! Bravo!

Second time ordering from this subway and both times were not good. This time I placed a mobile order for two foot longs and paid for 50% more meat on both sandwiches and requested both sandwiches be extra toasted. Neither sandwich had extra meat and both were just slightly toasted. Actually it seemed like it was less meat than a usual sandwich. Also, neither sandwich wrapper was marked to know which was which. (Same sandwiches but different toppings). The workers don’t seem to care or take pride in their job unfortunately.

The employees in the store or unsanitary and downright nasty! They handle your food with the same gloves that they take cash and touch the screen and when asked to change their gloves I got an attitude
