Service very bad . Older white female ignored us and then when we asked for sandwich very rudley stated i going to need to know what bread.Very bad attitude. Walked out and won't be back to Subway. What a shame

Second time ordering from this subway and both times were not good. This time I placed a mobile order for two foot longs and paid for 50% more meat on both sandwiches and requested both sandwiches be extra toasted. Neither sandwich had extra meat and both were just slightly toasted. Actually it seemed like it was less meat than a usual sandwich. Also, neither sandwich wrapper was marked to know which was which. (Same sandwiches but different toppings). The workers don’t seem to care or take pride in their job unfortunately.

I’ve purchased food here several times and have yet be disappointed. The employees are always kind and helpful. They have a small dining area but it’s part of a convenience store, so the ambiance is less than delightful.

Sandwich maker extremely incompetent . Did not have product in stock that we ordered online. He should not have accepted the order of product was not available. This is our second time here ( decided to give another chance ) the first was about a month ago and it was horrid. Same employee was working. Seemed as if he is uneducated in his field of work and honestly just couldn’t care less about his job or the customers he is supposed to be servicing.

customer service was lacking!! Both employees were rude and unprofessional. sandwiches didn’t come with napkins, when i asked for some, it was as if I inconvenienced them. terrible and not ideal for the brand.

it's inside a gas station near Allen Toyota. -ordered online, app said my order was being built, walked over (which takes several minutes) and still had 5-7 more minutes to wait- no grab'n'go-my order included cucumbers which they didn't tell me they didn't have, they merely omitted them & hoped i wouldn't notice. when i pointed out their mistake that's when they said they were out. walmart has cucumbers, why can't subway have them, it doesn't make sense.-so i get my cup and walk over and press the ice like everyone does. no ice . okay, coke with no ice--nope, not today buddy-- their coke handle when you press it sounds like a gatling gun, something is wrong with the machine, not with the levels of soda inside. walked over to get soda from the gas station side then had to come back to the subway side for a lid (yay, they were in stock).-i'm never coming back here by any means of transportation and recommend you don't either, it's just not worth whatever you're going to have you go through to get a fast & tasty meal- it's a crap shoot but throws keep coming up snake eyes
I went around lunch time to get my usual sub combo. There were a few people in there. There was only 2 people working. One girl kept walking off to the back and the other girl kept having to call her back to come help. You don't just take off to the back when there is 9 people in line. My bread was old and hard as a brick. They were out of all the condiments, no mustard, no mayo, no Baja sauce, nothing. The cookies were old and hard as well. When the girl went to ring me up the girl that kept running off told the girl who was busting a$$ that she "better not use the register under her #" So they kinda got in a little argument over that. Overall just not a good experience. Arguing employees, lazy employee,old hard crusty bread and cookies and no condiments. It should come as no surprise that I won't be visiting that Subway ever again.

The new manager Marie has to be the rudest person I have ever met and treats her employees and customers like garbage I'm thinking she let the job title get to her head she don't schedule enough employee to work but wants twenty task done at once

Do not go here. I ordered the chicken teriyaki, not toasted. They didn't heat up the chicken. They put the cold chicken straight on to the bread and passed it down but I didn't catch it until I opened my sandwich as I was ordering multiple sandwiches. Gross! I always get the chicken teriyaki at every subway I visit. I never get the bread toasted so every place heats up the chicken before putting it on my sandwich EXCEPT this place!! NEVER AGAIN!!! They staff here didn't seem to know how to do anything. Really slow and unorganized. Now I have to go find something to eat somewhere else

They couldn’t cut a piece of bread, my bread was ripped and all messed up, then one of them used a dirty knife to close the sandwich (my husbands) but I didn’t say anything bc my husband made me stay there after they struggled w our bread for 5-10 minutes so he’s just gonna have to eat it. Didn’t say anything to us when we went in there, had us just standing there. Horrible.
