Overall, it was a pretty great place with a variety of food to eat. Not to expensive and a good amount of food. Also include a card that once you spend so much you get free food.

I’m am always looking for something new when I work in Gulfport or the surrounding areas. Not usually let down but rarely impressed!!!!! Sweet Leaf has renewed my faith and excited my tastebuds. I was warmly greeted and felt like family right off. These folks most definitely care about your full experience. The menu is full of so many tasty foods it was hard to choose. After the first bite I knew that every single option was prepared with the same love and attention to detail !!! I would recommend sweet leaf to anybody who loves quality as much as me.

This was our first time trying this place. We drive by all the time. Figured why not stop in. The guy at the counter was very friendly the lady cooking in the back was awesome! We ordered the shrimp basket with fries. A cheesesteak sandwich with mac and cheese. And I ordered a bowl of gumbo. Now I'm a new orleans girl so I'm very picky about my seafood and gumbo. But I will say, their food is so on point! The gumbo isn't mine but it's good! The shrimp are seasoned and fried perfectly and you get so freaking many! The cheesesteak my hubby savagely destroyed. Lol the mac and cheese was perfect. We will be back many more times!!! Thanks you guys for a great meal!!!

The shrimp poboy is absolutely delicious. We're Louisiana natives who love our seafood, and we are so glad we decided to try Sweet Leaf Restaurant. Warm, welcoming staff and great service. We would definitely recommend this place!
