Every time me and my boyfriend try to go, we google if they are open and it says they are. Lo and behold we get there and they’re closed. Every. Time. We pulled up to the cookie place a couple doors down from them tonight and we finally see lights on in the ice cream shop. We get so excited to try this ice cream. We walk in and are immediately greeted with the rudest “we’re closed”. My initial thought was ‘then you should really lock the door’, however I refrained from being rude. But then a woman employee who was playing pool followed the previous rude employee saying “yeah check yourselves”. At this point I’m guessing all of the good reviews about this place is by employees or people are paid to say them.

They had a Mexican food truck cooking inside of Hibachi Ninja. The tacos and quesadilla were amazing.

Kid-friendliness: you closed an hour early buddy and made kids sad

My husband went to grab us some icecream …right down the road from our house might I add…. and after an HOUR later finally returned with icecream. They were busy BUT it was the terrible service. They did not hesistate to take 10+minutes per person, let people skip him in line because they knew them, and then proceeded to act like they didn’t even know/ remember he ordered. I usually wait to see what the food even tastes like but no icecream is worth that.

Highly dissatisfied show up on Sunday advertises open at 11am came at 1pm and closed called multiple times no answer

Worst service on the Gulf Coast. Took 75 minutes to get our food and there was only 1 other couple in the entire restaurant. Definitely won't return.

Service can get to wait for just 10 seconds. Staff are nice! Waiting doesnt take that long and such a cute place to get icecream with a partner,family !
