My husband went to grab us some icecream …right down the road from our house might I add…. and after an HOUR later finally returned with icecream. They were busy BUT it was the terrible service. They did not hesistate to take 10+minutes per person, let people skip him in line because they knew them, and then proceeded to act like they didn’t even know/ remember he ordered. I usually wait to see what the food even tastes like but no icecream is worth that.

Worst service on the Gulf Coast. Took 75 minutes to get our food and there was only 1 other couple in the entire restaurant. Definitely won't return.

Website said they opened at 11am. Employees started showing up at 11 we waited 30 minutes so till 11:30am and door was still not unlocked. Open sign was blinking but door was not unlocked.

Me and my wife went here last night and if I could give zero stars I would. When we arrived we had to seat ourselves which wasn't even the bad part of it honestly. Once seated we was greeted by a teenage waitress that didn't seem to care about customer service what so ever. Simple things such as silverware and napkins she would not bring and I had to go up myself and ask somebody working behind the counter. The cook was also the bar tender so you can guess how that went. I ordered a alcoholic drink and I didnt receive the drink until AFTER we ate all our food and was about to leave already. Speaking on the food, me and my wife both ordered a habachi entree which took over an hour to reach the table. While examining our food we realized the portions were EXTREMELY small and over priced!! For two entrees and one drink we paid over $70 and can you believe that's still not the worst part? As stated before I didn't receive my alcoholic drink until AFTER we ate all the food soI hurried and drank it so we could finally leave and while exiting the door the cook had the audacity to accuse me and my wife of putting the drink in her purse and not drinking it. She said she would run the cameras back and call the police if she saw that we placed the drink IN MY WIFES PURSE!! Never will ever go back, never ever will recommend this place, and I won't be surprised to see this place close in the near future due to poor customer service and their overpriced food.
