Very displeased with my experience. I ordered 2 stackers add potatoes, I get home there is no meat . The ai lady at the order taker was not working properly I assume. We could not see the order. The lady at the window was rude and didn’t verify the order . She took my card and handed me a bag. I get home check everything it was incorrect. I bring the items back that were wrong and the manager on the speaker didn’t want to fix the issue. I asked for a remake as I was hungry and worked all day . He asked me to pull to the window and I did . I handed the items to the same lady and she gave them to him . He sent out the food . I checked it before I left and there was hardly no meat . The shredded cheese was not melted. I will not be returning to this location EVER AGAIN. Very disappointed.

Very clean!!! Wait time was a but xtra drive threw was busy I went inside. Overall the food was outstanding. The ticket item menu everything is like 2$ the nachos and grilled chicken fold with the red nacho sauce inside is so good. Long as its hot!!!

SERIOUSLY? 24$ FOR 12 TACOS ? I wouldn't mind but the shell was filled about 1/4 with anything. Meat cheese and lettuce took up 1/4 of the shell.For 2 dollars a taco, you sure as heck should fill it. This is a new thing, more $ and way less food. What a joke Taco Bell has become in downtown. Gulfport.

My order was very simply 3 soft shell beef tacos with sour cream and jalapeño. All 3 were give a table spoon of sour cream and 2-3 jalapeños. 1 taco seemed more like a vegetarian taco with no beef at all and had tomatoes on it. Seriously how do you mess up tacos?

I drive for DoorDash and every Taco Bell makes a DoorDash order wait until after every drive-through order is completed, even if my DoorDash order was first. It is is wrong because I represent a customer who deserves to have their order prepared in the order it was received.

This is the absolute WORST Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bell’s. It used to be good but something changed the last year or so. I will drive an extra 5 miles to eat at another Taco Bell and I used to eat there at least twice a week. Customer service is nonexistent!

Had two orders, one of them 40 dollars, the second one, 14 got the 14 dollar one but didn't get the other. Went to the window to ask where my other order is, and they said they couldn't make it because they were out of tortillas and what I presume is the manager says that you can't get a refund in store only through the app which was fine but they wouldn't give the rest of the order or even substitute the some of the food and the other manager had an attitude.
