Went to order at the drive thru and started ordering my food. Woman in the drive thru cut me off while I was ordering so she can deal with order at her window. Well as I got to window we got our order and we were short a drink. She says we don't take orders at the window and was very rude. If she'd listen to my order in the beginning she'd heard I had two drinks. So I felt like I didn't like and want come to this store again, slow down and pay attention to your customers. In a hurry and not giving your customers satisfied/happy experience. So I never really want to come to this store due to not caring about customers & reading your order back after taking it might be helpful.

Terrible experience today. Ordered bean burrito (lots of other stuff too for the kids) no onions and got the wrong food 3 times. The cooks were back there cussing and fussing while snatching and slamming stuff. The one older lady running the drive through and occasionally assisting the front counter was rude and snappy, I think she was the manager which is sad. People were coming in for wrong food from the drive through left and right. It took 30 min to even get a drink cup, and don't even ask for a water cup the woman will fuss at you, the food came out almost one hour after ordering. We were dining in. The drive through was moving way faster than the lobby. But these kids aren't eating in my vehicle.

I ordered a veggie bowl with extra lettuce and onions. There was hardly any lettuce. It was full of crunchy rice, black beans and saturated with some unknown dressing. What I really didn't like was the chicken inside and refried beans. This has been my favorite option but I'll never order it again. After I discovered the chicken, I was done eating it. I couldn't stand all the dressing on it anyways. Almost $10 down the drain. After a long day at work, I was too tired to go back to the restaurant. I hope the racoons like it. They aren't supposed to have onions but there weren't any on it, anyways.

Trash, was nothing like what I ordered from the menu. Did not bother to tell me they were out of cinnamon twist. So I was given chips and cheese . Burritos were cold with no sauce. After eating the food the chips tasted like chemicals so did not eat them at all. I highly recommend changing your grease out . Health department might need to be called on that.

I believe I had a steak burrito. It wasn't anything to scream about. The lobby was also quite filthy but they look like they didn't have much employees.

Near pass road on 49 south in gulfport, Mississippi. There was no one in the front, whatsoever and the drive through person would just glance at us without one word. After about 8 min. We started loudly asking for some assistance. The lady said we would have to use the kiosk. I told her we were paying with cash and had never used it before and recently had a cornea transplant that was unsuccessful therefore I have no depth perception. She stated that I would have to use the kiosk or go through the drive through. I was very disappointed. I at least would have expected someone to offer to help me through the process, but no one did. Two other customers who also had never used the machine came to my rescue and one even paid for my meal. This was definitely something that I do not want happening in my place of business. As I am writing this review I look at our receipt to add the cashiers name that had to take our cash and was shocked to see that ....my anger Melted away and I was aware that no matter how I'm treated he is always with me ...
Kid-friendliness: They were not helpful or friendly, so I wouldn't suggest any BIRTHDAY PARTIES 😉

Wonderful service ,one of the workers came over and help me order on te screen . She was great , what ever I asked for she inputted the order on the screen . Just like that. 5 minutes my food was ready. This is the nascar of the food service . I give this store a 10
I'm a doordasher, and this location keeps refusing to make DD order late at night. I was told last night that they don't have any ingredients to make any DD orders. This keeps happening, and it's upsetting to both us and the customers.

I never go in. I have a tough time dealing with life. Unfortunately, some people are the victims. However, a Supreme Burrito or a bean burrito is a perfect appetite supressent.
Do not order DoorDash from this Taco Bell store. My dasher (sweetest woman) tried to pick up my food TWICE. The first time they said someone else picked it up and remade it. No problem. My dasher waited at Taco Bell to pick up my order AGAIN and somehow it was picked up by someone else again and refused to remake my order for the third time. I tried calling and of course there was no answer. I used to never have problems with this store. Never will I order my food from here again.
