Idk what happened. We get food from there ALL the time. No problems. However THIS time?! I had a nacho bell grande the chips were disgusting. I couldn't even finish. I literally fed to my dog. The chips tasted burnt and old. Like cooked in old grease.

The lady was rude!!! Rolling hér eyes at me... The Mexican pizza I can't even eat. . it was cooked with old greese so nasty 🤢 it looks pretty but taste disgusting
Kiosks only, no menu or cashiers. Kiosks don't print receipts. Ordered dine in and received everything for multiple people in one big bag. None of the modified items were marked to show what it was. Asked for a tray and told taco bell doesnt do trays since covid. (Some locations around here do.) Not a dine in choice I'd make.
Night crew is a 10/10 always!

Really good food and great accuracy for Taco Bell unfortunately I had a large piece of knarled burnt black plastic in one of my stackers my wife almost lost a tooth. Prolly won't be coming back as I just don't want to risk that kinda of issue again

Pick up window hoping to give order to a live person only to be ignored by person at window. Pulled around to go inside and waited for someone at counter but that was not staffed either. Five people were waiting to have orders corrected. Really tried to purchase food from them but gave up and left. Never again
Whoever is at your drive through window currently 8/30/25 @ 11:30am, needs a new attitude and some customer service training. You snap your neck at me and give me attitude for NO reason and expect me to give you money. I'll take my business across the street.
I talked to an AI machine voice the entire time at the screen and a rude woman at the window. It was uncalled for. If your fellow employee has to remind you of customer service... Maybe you need a nap or a new job.

I'm very upset 😡 at this place I don't know who is stupid we order a no. 6 and no. 8 got only four tacos, and I want yo know how do you get Pepsi to root beer stupid. Pepsi is Pepsi. So we were supposed to get 6 tacos and only 4 I tried calling and no one will answer the phone, We order around 11:30. If you want to cheat someone out of food don't work there. We paid for two orders.

Do not I repeat do not go to this location. It’s always empty for a reason and I found out why today. Nasty, not cooked right, missing items in my order! Unprofessional, never answers the phone. Go to another Taco Bell.

My friend lost his wallet and they refused to roll camera. Plus they were rude and wouldn't let him speak to a manager.
I'm disappointed, normally taco bell has good customer service but after that, they ain't getting my business either. Also how do you lose the passwords to get into the camera? Sounds shady

The food was cold. Soft taco was soft. It was stale. The workers were so polite I ate the hard-ass soft taco with a smile. Cleaning the entire time we were there. Nice, clean, and friendly
