This Taco Bell NEVER gets your order right. Just tonight I had over a $50 order and got 4 items…go to the one by Walmart they are nice and always get your order right. This one should literally be closed down.

If I could give a zero I would! The girl working tonight’s drive through had a nasty attitude! Our order was right on the screen yet we received the wrong order. When my husband asked why she was talking to us with an attitude…she said that’s just how she talks. Highly unacceptable! This is beyond ridiculous and is a disgrace to humanity if she continues to work there! I’ve tried to call the establishment multiple times and no one ever answers. I called another location that is about 5-10 miles from there and they answered immediately! Someone needs to intervene with the work habits of the employees at this location!

Absolutely ridiculous how long it took to get our food. This place has gone down hill. The evening crew is the worst. The sad part about it is there were about 7 employees they couldn't even get the food out quickly. My buddy and I waited roughly 30 minutes for our food. When we got it they didn't even give us the correct burritos. Morning crew definitely have their things together compared to evening. Disappointing but I'll be going to the one in front of Walmart for now on until these employees get their act together. Management needs to step up.

I have had Taco Bell's Crunch Wrap Supreme™️ in many states across the US. It's my favorite pick-me-up meal on a bad day. Unfortunately, this was the driest, most bland one I have ever had at the Highway 49N, Gulfport MS location. While impersonal tech ordering is the current vibe, employees gave little personal attention to customers (both regular and delivery drivers) when interaction was required.

Parking: It's icy in the parking lot due to the weather (snow, freezing conditions) so please use some kitty litter or gravel so people don't fall. The Taco Bell entrance

I don't know who yall have operating your night shifts, or specifically tonight (Jan 29, 2025 - 11pm). But my doordash order didn't just have 1 item missing, there were 4 items missing. It was clear the driver didn't take anything as the seal wasn't tampered with. I normally don't complain & I can understand an item missing, but not 4. Chips & cheese, guacamole, cinnabons, & various sauce packets. Not to mention, the syrup on the pepsi fountain was out. If I could give negative stars, I would. And yall should seriously rethink who you have working your store.

I went through the drive though. I was the only car there. The woman who was working the drive thru never said one word to me. I handed her my debit card and she handed it back to me with my receipt. I said 'thankyou'.....nothing. She handed me the food....I said 'thankyou'.....nothing. I tried to call the restaurant on the way back to work to talk about that. It rang about 20 times with no answer. By the time I drove back 4 minutes to work, my food was hard as a rock and cold. Potatoes tasted weird. After we had eaten, I tried to call again, rather than making this public but, again, no answer. Customer service is dead in the water at this location.

I place my order with no lettuce on anything because I'm allergic when I asked for them to remake it I got attitude they did not greet you when you came in one employee walked by me four or five times never even acknowledged I was there then when I got my food it was cold the chalupa show was old my cinnamon twists it was just a bad and then I paid for the avocado Verde sauce didn't get it don't recommend this Taco Bell won't be back
