No greeting! Was waiting for someone to take my order and after 10 min i asked a lady and she said i had to order on the kios . We had come to this!! What's next? I have to cook my meal? This is the same people that wants 20.00 an hour but don't want to work!

I ordered the mexican pizza this evening and it tasted very strange - I couldn't tell if it was burnt, spoiled, or both, so I just threw it away. Aside from that, all else I ordered was okay (the portion sizes could be a little more).
A few tips if you plan to dine in: Skip the counter and order your food at the kiosk. Even if your order gives you an option to add sauce packets, they won't put it in the bag along with napkins, but there's a station by the fountain drinks where you can help yourself. The restroom is locked so you'll need to ask someone to open it.

No person would wait on me. Sent me to machine. Missing food, had to beg for sauce, 7 items, I got 2 packs of sauce. Worst taco bell I ever been too. I've worked at 3 in the 90s. The service is terrible, food seemed hott. Otherwise, worst experience ever. Ever, sucks, terrible, corporation should be ashamed of that store ir area.

I just got charged for 2 Mexican pizza meals after ordering 1 but I took them then got home and they where so smashed I couldn't eat them

Great group of people they were very busy and that usually means drive threw first and the front wait. But it was like it didn't matter. Everything was perfect.
There was literally plastic in my food I called to let the manager in duty know and she got really hateful with me saying there wasn't any in my food. Not the only time I've had problems at this taco bell as well. Before I had sour cream that has gone bad on my food and the employees there are so rude to the door dashers as well.

The food is good but the staff do the bare minimum for their jobs no enthusiasm. It's not even in their vocabulary. And forget asking for help with the self serve order if your older they will ignore you till you give up and leave. Very sad!

The food was terrible! There was hardly any meat in our taco, quesadillas or crunch wrap. For the cost of our dinner the quality was terrible!! The server was friendly.
