I am Clayton Joseph Hebert also a YouTuber I do suffer with autism and dyslexic and if you're wondering how I'm using my words I'm using a voice monitor to help me out so I'm leaving a one-star review cuz I walked always 30 minutes down the road to get to talk about I wasn't proud of what I'm doing yes I had a $20 in my hand all I wanted was a chicken taco to keep my blood sugar going I woke up early in the morning at 10:00 with a fast beating heart and my only way is to get food was to get my 20 and go directly to Taco Bell I will I know I wasn't going to have a good day so I decide to eat food out of the garbage cans before I can talk to the guy so when I ate the food out the garbage can I really wanted to spit it out but I couldn't that's how desperate I was on food so long story short I went up there I told him I have a $20 right here if you could just take my order he refused to take my order by top typing chaos and all suddenly he's saying he can't deliver this time an hour which it was 12:30 to 12:40 I believe the lady already got hers and I can't drive compared to my disabilities I'm on SSI for a reason cuz I can't read I have to have everyone to real loud to me when I do waivers I felt depressed and upset never coming back again I rather eat it out of a trash can from society organization then dealing with Taco Bell again never go to Taco Bell coming from a YouTuber if you are reading this I feel very played just felt very messed up and it pretty much hurt me pretty bad I had a $20 all I wanted was a $3 Taco but since he's going to give it to me and I couldn't read the menu cuz I can't read good so I was trying to explain what I was talking about which she should have known the menu if he was new he should get fired cuz who declines a disability man that is 21 years old that just wants food all I want was food to keep my blood sugar up cuz I deal with the heart doctor too I suffered 21 years with the great vessels if I don't eat I will end up in the hospital again only one was food is it this hard to ask one star rather eat out of trash can thank you for listening the cameras are your proof$20 in my hand if you see it in the camera and I waited patiently did not knock at the door until he just told me he doesn't order this time an hour was he already delivered the food to somebody else for now on I rather eat out trash can then go into another 30 minute walk

I drove through the drive through and the ai server was a bit rushed and no one got on to assist me with my order. Then I get to the window and attempt to add onto my order and that's also an issue so I tell the lady I was going to come in. When I come in I see my order from the drive through and instead of anyone interacting with me they didn't so I had to reorder my entire order. None of the employees spoke to me at all. Terrible customer service. I got a 3 soft taco meal and two cheesy rice and beans burritos..... But where's my rice Taco Bell??? This is a mess.

I ordered the mexican pizza this evening and it tasted very strange - I couldn't tell if it was burnt, spoiled, or both, so I just threw it away. Aside from that, all else I ordered was okay (the portion sizes could be a little more).
A few tips if you plan to dine in: Skip the counter and order your food at the kiosk. Even if your order gives you an option to add sauce packets, they won't put it in the bag along with napkins, but there's a station by the fountain drinks where you can help yourself. The restroom is locked so you'll need to ask someone to open it.
Took over 20 minutes to get food but Drive thu was only 2-3 minute per car. Mossing one item. Potatoes where old and clod.

No person would wait on me. Sent me to machine. Missing food, had to beg for sauce, 7 items, I got 2 packs of sauce. Worst taco bell I ever been too. I've worked at 3 in the 90s. The service is terrible, food seemed hott. Otherwise, worst experience ever. Ever, sucks, terrible, corporation should be ashamed of that store ir area.
