this restaurant has really gone down hill. the steak was overcooked and dry and the ribs had a horrible taste even the sauce couldn't cover up. the loaded baked potatoes weren't any better. lack of any flavor and overcooked. the service was good though

Ordered delivery. It was fast, but my 16 oz. Ribeye was a hockey puck instead of M-R. Contacted Roadhouse and was ignored. I’ll stick with Logan’s. They get order correct. Even when delivered.

My parents taught me well, never be ugly when people are dealing with your food. The waitress took accountability that she messed up my husband steak so she returned the cold steak to reheat it and then it came back dry and well done instead of medium well ( slight pink ). The cook, I believe to be the cook took the plate an was going to cook my husband another steak. It did not happen, the same steak came back recooked because there were several small pieces that he had cut into prior. The proof is in the picture. You know what I paid for the dry steak and left because I know its closing time and the staff is tired. No need to go back and forward.

We ate at Roadhouse during the afternoon. The rolls and butter were delicious. Everything else, not so much. I had to send my steak kabobs back because they were served cold, and by the time we got them back, my husband was finished eating what was edible on his plate. His steamed veggies were raw, and the ribs were adequate. Nothing great. We asked the server about the veggies and were told we should have ordered them extra steamy. Hmmm. I guess we ordered wrong. The steak kabobs came back warmer, but the rice was still cold. They have a strange marinade on them as well. The sweet potato was delicious. Oh well, we boxed up half the ribs and most of my dinner to take home to the dogs. They will be excited! I guess we paid $60 for dog food tonight!

My only problem with these restaurants is they no longer give refills you have to ask for it i feel like if you see a person's drink half empty, looks watered down , you should ask him or her if she would like a refill. I'm guessing management has something to do with the change

So we’re went here tonight and was told for our party of 7 that it would only be 25-35 minutes wait for a table. Two and a half hours later and multiple complaints and we were finally seated. Meanwhile they sat about 4 parties of 6 in front of us. This is the second time this has happened to us and we hope they figure something out or start doing better in the future!
