It's been a long time since we've been to a restaurant where everything was great. They aren't open for lunch during the week so we planned our day to be there at 3:30. Had a veterans coupon to use. I cannot say enough good things about our server Kierra. She was gracious and attentive and was so on the ball that we didn't have to ask for anything. She was truly exceptional. All the food came out correct and perfectly done. My husband had the prime rib and he could cut it with a fork. The manager stopped by and greeted us. It was really a great experience and we will recommend it to everybody. Well done and bravo! Very happy customers.

Food and service both are always what you’d hope for a restaurant experience. Can’t recommend it enough, this is the only restaurant I’ll order a steak from and comes with 2 sides. Which all the sides are great choices!

The waitress didnt bring my bread i sat there for awhile and waited then I decided to ask. I was using my veteran free meal. I thought maybe I don't get any. She did give me rolls to go. So that was a plus., but I felt a little neglected. They were a little busy too. I had to wait 5 or 10 minutes for seating, not bad

Went to enjoy an anniversary dinner on the 4th, and temp outside was 45-50 degrees. Every person in the place was wearing jackets because it cold in the dining area in the back. We asked about turning up the heat. We were basically told the heater was up front and the heat would work its way to the back. REALLY! A place as big as Texas Roadhouse has one heater by the front door. Cmon, don’t feed me a line of BS. Be up front and honest.

We had an awesome experience at this location. We were a group of four and were able to be seated on a Wednesday night around 7PM with only a 5 minute wait.
We had a very friendly server! We ordered the ribs, baked potato, fries, green beans, and kid chicken strips. All of the food was delicious. We also ordered two margaritas. They were tasty but didn't have much liquor.
The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The food quality was on point. It was fun watching the servers line dance. Overall a very fun and easy family dinner that exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend this location.

My girl and I went here to celebrate our three year anniversary and our waitress Kathryn really made the night spectacular. Her service was quick and precise, and her attitude was of the utmost desirability. She had to have been the best possible waitress we could’ve had for the night. Overall the food was ok, but the service was 10/10

Service can be hit and miss here. Host sat us and didn't bring rolls. I asked about it and she said they didn't have any and didn't offer to bring any. I had to mention it to the server twice for us to get a basket. They never offered another. The food wait was incredibly long, steak was cooked to medium, not medium well so i guess I should order well done next time since they undercooked it. The music is SO LOUD. Even in the family bathroom trying to take the baby to go change it seemed louder than the actual restaurant. Just wanted to get a break from the noise... nowhere to nurse, nowhere to sit. The booths are so tight there was no way to even do it at the table. Overall food was good but it'll be a while before we come back again.

I ordered to go on a Sunday night at 5:30 asked to pick up at 6:15. Didn’t get me food until 5 minutes to 7 pm. Clearly I don’t blame the take out because they prepare as it’s given but no manager was over checking the queue to see what orders were late or anything. I love Texas Roadhouse but will never go there again! Oh and forgot to mention I ordered mushrooms and onions for my steak and paid for it and didn’t get.

It was great. Immediate seating for us. We chose the 8oz fillet and the boned in ribeye. Cooked to specifications. I savored every bite. Dylan was a great waiter and server. He took care of us and we did to him as well.
