I ordered 3 chocolate chip cookie trays. That’s 36 in total for almost $50. They tasted like an off brand chewy chocolate chip cookie. I thought for that price they must be delicious. I was so disappointed. I got them for coworkers and 2 1/2 trays were thrown away. They wouldn’t give me a refund either.

Shannon was great, and the service industry needs more people like her in it. She's the main reason I chose this location when I go out to eat in this area. Now that they got rid of her, I will just go to Chili's right next door instead.
Besides all that, the food needs work regarding the portion sizes and reduction in sodium and other bad additives. For example, the chicken tenders and strips lack substance. I only went once every week or two and would have gone more often if I got my money's worth.
They will never fill the seats if they keep it up. My friends and I will not go back to Friday's until Shannon is allowed back, and they apologize to her for her PERSONAL posts about her religion on her PERSONAL Facebook.

my experience at Friday’s was not like it was in the past! the server Friday Night was absolutely the sweetest person! she was there to take care of all of our needs! they were all met. my family and I enjoyed her as well! our food was so good! my Steak was just the way i like them!
