Very disappointed. My first time visiting this restaurant. Party of 3. Ordered a drink from the bar, waited 20 minutes for order. 3 other tables were seated after us. Waitress brought out 6 drinks for tables seated after us!! We were still waiting for the ONE drink our table ordered 20 minutes before anyone else was seated. First and last time we will visit. Very disappointed!

Definitely a great vibe and atmosphere here for a spring break weekend! The food and drinks were DELICIOUS! Our waitress Que and food runner Jason were awesome with staying attentive to our party. The only reason for 4 stars is the long wait for our food orders?all in all, I would definitely recommend and be back here again!Food & drinks: Chicken and waffles 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND?Almanett Grenade was the BOMB.Food and drinks here are AMAZING

We did not stay in the hotel but if the restaurant is any indication the hotel would be worth booking a room.Nearby activities: The beach is just across the street. There is an aquarium just around the corner. It's located in a very nice area. Lots of people walking.Walkability: We were about a 2 minute walk from the hotel/restaurant.Food & drinks: We ate at the restaurant. Service was spectacular. They were setting up for an event and the decorations were gorgeous. I had a new offering on the menu. Grilled Atlantic salmon with a teriyaki glaze on a bed of garlic parmesan rice. It was fabulous. Tender and well seasoned. Highly recommend. For adults, bar service is excellent as well. Will be going back on my next trip.

Good food but you don't get a lot of food for the price

The atmosphere, food, hospitality was OUTSTANDING! Every staff member was kind, courteous and helpful. They made you feel like family. The food was amazing! The drinks made by Mike the bartender was creative and delicious! Only addition would be to put a refrigerator in the bedrooms. Definitely will be back on one of my next adventures!!

Great visit for one night stay on our way west. The Inn is off the main road with rich history celebrated in its ambiance, short walk to the beach, check in, evening dining, room, sleep all excellent. Michael was fun to talk with, super accommodating and the staff all delightful. Recommend!Food & drinks: Delicious! We enjoyed private dining in nice inn lounge not attached to bistro.Noteworthy details: Room was bright, comfy, beautifully decorated, well appointed.

This place is AMAZING. Vibe. Customer service. Ambiance.Cleanliness. One stop for everything. Sweet, thoughtful, comfortable accommodations. We stayed two nights unexpectedly so stayed in two different rooms. The Melinda was on the 3rd floor with the sweetest porch and had a tub. Coffee in the room and everything you need is there. Comfy bed with lots of pillows! We then stayed in the Sandy guest house which was just beyond gorgeous. The art and the large bathroom also with tub was so nice. That room had an entire kitchenette and separate living room. And a tv in bedroom and living space. The care and love that the owner Mike has put into this place is so obvious. The artwork, the small touches, I love that every room is on the second floor or higher. Now let’s discuss the bistro downstairs. P. H. E. N. O. M. I. N. A. L. From the chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, collard greens, veggie pasta. Just wow, you can taste the fresh homemade quality of each dish and as if that wasn’t enough, they make their own sauces in house. They even had sugar free syrup AND the drinks!! Bloody Mary and White Russian were what we ordered for an early lunch. Just FANTASTIC. Probably the best Bloody Mary I’ve ever had. Our server Q was knowledgeable and truly cared, she explained all the other great things the bistro offers like karaoke and that might a live DJ was coming. The prices were EXTREMELY reasonable. Both for the rooms and the food! Mike the owner showed us the available rooms in person and told us his story of remodeling the home 14 years ago. He loves what he does and is operating in his purpose you can tell! We will always choose to come back here when we pass through Gulfport. Just an amazing secretive hideaway where everyone cares about your experience. GO HERE! Stay here for the night or check out the bistro which also has a gorgeous peaceful patio or you can eat on one of the private balconies in your room or the front porch of the historic and beautifully restored home. GO GO!
