Variety of all kinds of food,salad bar,dessert stand,including soup or Gumbo. First and foremost, this is the best buffet on the Gulf Coast. It is large, reasonably priced, and tons of seating. Highly efficient.
Breakfast is amazing. I believe $12.99 for more food than you can even try, including eggs to order. My favorite items are the breakfast rice, hashbrown hush puppies and the deep fried shrimp and grits balls. Oh, and bacon. You can't forget the bacon!

The buffet was excellent, much better than many buffets I have had in the past. There is a large selection of food and more options than can be samples in one visit. Everything was very good, the only criticism I can level is the steak being a little fatty and a bit over seasoned. Otherwise, everything was delicious.
