Water view. Excellent atmosphere. We choose to sit at a table outside on the front porch. They were out of Redfish and didn't tell us until we were ready to order it. The tuna steak was not on the lunch menu. Settled for the special of the day. That was disappointing to not be able to order what I wanted. Food was ok. Probably should have gone with the blackened Redfish even with substituted fish. Overall experience was just ok. Would give it another shot...
