Very disappointing breakfast. It took 45 minutes to get the food and it wasn’t that busy. Service wasn’t great either. Never checked on us or any other guests. Food was ok. Omelettes were expensive for the amount of fillings provided and side of hash browns was small and undercooked for $3.

Went in pretty excited. Left disappointed. Tried to order the collar green egg rolls but they weren’t going to be ready for another hour. No biggie. My wife and I split the seafood grilled cheese as an appetizer instead(which came out at the same time as our entrees). I had the chicken and waffles with a side of eggs, she had the shrimp and grits. Can’t really name any one thing as a bright spot. NOTHING was seasoned well, the waffle was definitely undercooked. As far as service goes I couldn’t tell you our servers name… but they were nice, just not much interaction. And we were literally the only people in there. Waited a good while for the food and once we started eating our server came out with some food of her own and grabbed a table across from us and started eating lol. The music selection was five stars but everything else was definitely subpar. Left with a sad tummy:(

Breakfast was delicious. My husband plans to eat chicken and waffles more often now. The waitress was very attentive and personable. We will definitely return to this establishment. Don't forget to try the collard green egg rolls (seasoned with smoked turkey) ?!

A very disappointing experience. We felt ignored and invisible. There was one hostess and one server on duty for the dozen or so tables in the restaurant. About half the tables had customers, the others were empty. It was not busy. Hostess told us to "sit wherever we want" and we had to go find our own menus. It took at least 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged by the server, and we were poured one mediocre cup of coffee without any refills despite asking several times. Food was lukewarm and took about 35-40 minutes. Several parties came in to sit down while we were there, and after not being greeted or served after half an hour or so, they got up and left. Awkward. The staff made no effort to check on us during our meal. No butter on the pancakes or waffle. Fried chicken was tough and overcooked. The cute decor has potential, but the staff and foodservice need to be brought up to speed. Sadly, we won't be back. I never write snarky reviews. Usually there is something good to say about every experience, but not today. I hope they can get their act together so their business can thrive.

Service was amazing . Wasn't busy so maybe that's why it felt more personal. Food was great , I got the chicken and waffles , super yummy ! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed it. Prices were pretty average .

I have been in food industry since I was 13 I understand everyone had different taste, this is just my husband and my opinion. Service was sincere but not experienced. Waitress and owner/manager walked by table several time without offering coffee or removing trash off table. Husband had chicken and waffles. Chicken was piping hot, positive, but lacked seasoning. Jucy inside and golden brown. was tough, batter significantly over mixed. I had biscuit and gravy. Biscuit was cut in half appeared to be drenched with liquid butter and grilled, not appetizing at all. Gravy appeared to be package. Consistency was gummy like gelatin verses smooth and creamy. The eggs were cooked too high, you see the brown edges tell you it was too hot. I would not return based off the items I ordered, my husband said he would try them again.

Food was good with decent portions. not sure how they prep their toast. But it almost seem like it was cooked on a flat top instead of a toaster. Service person seemed inexperienced. You better ask for anything you might need. She does not offer up anything like; butter, jelly...etc.She was friendly. Thought she was going back for my jelly. She heard her cell phone ring. Then proceeded to sit behind their front desk. Unfortunately for me, the desk is higher than her chair she was sitting in. Unless I got up it was very hard to get her attention. I was the only one there for breakfast. Music a little loud for the a.m. and she didn't hear me either. Too tired to get up to grab her attention. My one pet peeve was when a couple left when I sat down. She cleared the table and walked over to put her tip behind their front desk. Never wiped down the table. My table didn't look like it was cleaned either. I had something sticky sticking to my skin. It's not enough that I don't think I would try it again. Maybe come back at lunch and check out their other food items.

This was my second visit here. My family and I were the only ones at that time. The hostess/server was cleaning so she did not come over to the table immediately but she did greet us. She came over gave us menus, silverware and took our drink orders. My daughter and I switched the seet tea for soda ?.My eldest order pancakes and they were huge she didn't finish her food.My son ordered the grilled chicken salad and everything looked fresh and crisp. He did say his grilled chicken wasn't hot but he ate everything. My baby girl ordered the shrimp and grits. She didn't like the grits (they weren't mine?) she also ordered hashbrowns and ate them all.I ordered the chicken and waffle. It was overcooked for me. The waffle was crunchy and the chicken was fried hard and I do not care for the extra crunch. They enjoyed themselves and eating somewhere new.Parking: Little to no parking. There are a few spits in front of the building but with neighboring businesses it's a first come first served. I'm pretty sure you can park in the garage behind the building and walk to the front.

Maybe ordering in is better(?), but I ordered three basic breakfast meals for takeout 50 minutes ago. Was told it would be 15-20 minutes. It's not busy and I've watched three groups of patrons come and go ordering and eating. Just got my food (luke warm) and there are three items missing and some paltry servings, plus they didn't bother brewing my coffee orders ahead, so now I'm waiting on those as well. The hostess/server has been pretty much ambivalent even as I'm checking up asking about my food and made me wait on customers checking out as my to go food was sitting on a table next to her after the wait. Not coming back.
