The Rack House Steak & Spirits

I called this afternoon and wanted to treat my parents, we had a mix-up with our order that could’ve disrupted the night, but I didn’t get the name/names of the amazing bartenders that worked tonight they handled it with such professionalism, grace, and quick thinking. Instead of brushing it off, they listened carefully, acknowledged the issue without hesitation, and offered multiple thoughtful solutions that made us feel genuinely cared for—not just like another customer.
I called back to let them know about the mix up and his calm demeanor and the way he made sure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly was so relieving and I know how hard it is as a bartender to rush a mix up so quickly. They left feeling impressed, grateful, and most importantly, they are excited to return and so are we. We will always be Rack house guest.

My husband and I came for our 29th Anniversary today. The food was so amazing. Our sever Rhianna took very good care of us. This was our second visit and both times we have had wonderful food and good service! We want to send a big shout out to say thank you to the chef! We give it 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

Really great meal. We went for lunch today and it was top notch. Our server, Cameron, was fantastic. If you go and get a steak, get it rack room style, totally worth it.

One of the best steakhouses I have ever been to period! For starters, the ambience and vibe of the restaurant is definitely fit for a nice date night, trendy dim lit with the perfect amount of liveliness. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated fairly quickly. Our waiter Andrew was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and gave recommendations as well answered questions that we had regarding food items and drinks alike. Tbh the guy was pretty funny and charming as well if you can sit in his section/request him. As far as the food goes, you can’t go wrong with any of the appetizers the lollipop lamb was the true winner for tonight and for the entrées the surf n turf steak on the menu was cooked to perfection and was as high quality as it gets. If steak isn’t your thing the New Zealand rack of lamb was superb. The entire meal was amazing and was finished off by bread pudding with a caramel bourbon ice cream that is made in house in small batches and you can also build your own old fashion if you’re a bourbon lover like me.. you can also choose the bitters the simple syrup type, and of course, the bourbon of choice. Definitely one of my new favorite restaurants and will be coming back soon!!

Everything and everyone was wonderful. Not a long wait for anything. Just great!

Great place for dinner. The atmosphere and the staff were great. The menu was a little pricey but we had a great time and it was worth it

Service was great. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and helpful but never appeared at the table mid-bite. I didn't know how else to explain it, they are very well trained/experienced.

I highly recommend the Crab Cake. The rest of the food was good. My steak was overcooked but flavorful. No, I did not send it back. I'm sure they would have made me another but I hate sending food back. Wife's steak was cooked perfectly. Sides were uninspired. Nothing was bad, it just wasn't what I expect for the price.

Atmosphere was cozy and personal but a little dark for me.

Drinks were really good.

Just had the crab cake at the Rack House. Delicious! Rhi Rhi was our waitress and service was superb. My companion had a Strawberry Fields cocktail and it was quite refreshing. My first time eating here and the atmosphere is great too!

Best Food, Spirits & Service. definitely a top 5 experience for me and I dine out a lot. Toby & Meagan get 5 stars!!! Joined the Bourbon Society and got a custom decanter. looking forward to planning my next trip there.

My boyfriend and I went out with his family for a late birthday dinner celebration. Our server, Maddie, (I’m sorry if I’m misspelling) was outstanding and eloquent. If someone were to ask me what she could’ve done better, I legitimately wouldn’t have an answer. She helped our family have an amazing dining experience and my boyfriend and I couldn’t be more grateful. I used to be a server myself so I know it isn’t easy so I have nothing but the utmost respect for everyone in the industry. Thank you to Maddie and The Rackhouse for giving us a memorable and successful celebration <3

Me and my wife loves this place. This low-light rustic yet fancy atmosphere with great service and food is a great place to dine for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend ??

Another wonderful visit to Rackhouse Steak House! The whole restaurant staff is awesome but the upstairs team is ON THEIR GAME! Toby, Meagan, Skip, as always...you rock!

Love the atmosphere. I had a lavender martini - so good! My husband and I shared the wedge salad, halibut fish, Brussels sprouts and the tuna crab stack. All amazing! So good!

Update 10/8- Went upstairs for the first time- the bartenders Toby and Megan were fantastic. The smokey old fashioned was made with Bulleit Bourbon and was nice and a little spicy. The steak tacos were delicious and perfect to share ( 3 in a serving). Had an Irish coffee topped with their fresh bourbon whipped cream for dessert. Excellent.
Always great service and a nice, laid back atmosphere.
We have been here numerous times and have never been disappointed. The service is always impeccable. The atmosphere is great. The food is amazing. This time we tried a couple of different dishes like the crab cake and the Royal Reds Pasta. Both fantastic. And no visit is complete without a Smokey Old Fashioned. We let the waiter serve us his special creation.
