The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

Terrible Customer Service! Called them to explain the lacking extra side items that were an extra charge as well as the lack of fries as a side and all I was told is to contact Door Dash for a refund. Door Dash is not responsibe for the errors in the order. They pick up and deliver. Logan's restaurant is responsible and when I spoke to the manager at the Gulfport location, no attempt to make the orders correct were given other than to contact and get a refund from Door Dash. I will be sharing this information with anyone I know wanting to know about Twisted Tenders.

Ordered online and got only 1 of the 5 sauces that was supposed to come with the order. With how expensive it is you'd think they could get the cheap part of it right.
