Waffle house is good but these staff suck. We were denied dine in and told it was takeout only, then watched them seat another customer minutes later. When confronted, the lady stuttered and claimed it was “a joke.” Charging us that 20% takeout fee was definitely a good joke. Very funny.

I placed it to go order online because they’re no longer taking walk-in orders in the restaurant which is fine with me. But when I got my order and got home and proceeded to eat, there was a long strand of black hair with the eggs attached to it. Mind you I ordered the steak and eggs with hash brown and raisin toast. Call the restaurant, wasn’t able to get anyone on the phone because you get a recording telling you that if you’re calling to place a to go order, please order online. So there was no way for me to speak to someone personally about me finding a long strand of black hair in my scrambled eggs.! I wish there was some kind of way. I can attach a picture and a video of the hair that I found in my food. OK so I was able to post the picture, but you would just see me holding the strand of hair and then the eggs are just dangling from it

The worst the lady messed top, our order was taken all the time after she was screamed to us, and she was tired The only thing she did not forget was the bill she was bringing without us asking
I asked the Cook to cook my bacon well done,He cooked it the way I wanted it,I got the All Star Breakfast, Everything was great!! Best Waffle House on the coast!!

The service was Phenomenal. The food was great. The restaurant had a very clean and nice atmosphere. The server was very nice my only problem was my bacon looked old. I had it returned and just did sausage. Thank you Waffle House.
