Well my friend & I came in for a bite to eat this morning & were greeted by everyone. It’s was nice. Food was great too. Only problem we had was our waitress. She seemed nice to us but she kept talking bad about another waitress working there to other customers. Very unprofessional might I add. Then she kept antagonizing the poor girl & screaming at her. She kept getting in the girls face & yelling at her for no reason. She even followed her to the back & was criticizing everything the girl did until the girl got fed up with her mess I’m guessing & told her to stop talking to her & the old lady kept jumping at the younger girl. Management did NOTHING!! This is an old lady we’re talking about! I was outraged & felt so bad for that sweet girl. We were going to tip the young lady but she had already left. Get better management & people working at this place because no one should be yelling at anybody especially when customers are present. I’m shocked they didn’t fire the old lady.

I have visited many Waffle Houses in my day. This one is clean, friendly, and serves food hot. The staff are attentive and helpful as well. The grits were smooth. The waffle was cooked light just like my husband likes it and we were served tasty hot food quickly. I would recommend visiting this location.

10 am Saturday, wall to wall people. Staff was short. Got it,but, no excuse for inedible food. My eggs were runny, hashbrowns ,overcooked, dark brown and rock hard. Waffle batter looked like concrete and tasted about the same. The waitress was told I couldn't eat unsafe food and I ate 1 bite of egg, 1/4 of my toast. No h/b, 1/3 of waffle . The only thing colder than the syrup was the waffle . She informed the manager, asked if I wanted it recooked. I said no, I was over it, but the final straw for me, the staff couldn't offer an apology other than staff was short AND,AND AND no offer to take even a single dam dollar off my dam bill!!! I paid full price for 3 bacon and 5 bites of food. About 13$!! I'll be damned if I ever go back. I will remember this for sure. Sorry,good bye.
