Was ignored the whole time I was there to grab my To go order 4 employees there not one acknowledged me the new girl there was being pulled so many different directions and they were very rude to her and not helping her how you gonna run a restaurant without communication wasn't even busy I don't get it

So I placed an online order for only 2 waffles, said waffles would be ready in 3-4 mins. Gave it time and got there about 15 mins later. Waffles still not ready. Workers were nice but whoever is working the waffles needs to be replaced. Waited another 10 mins just to get a half cooked waffle. The nice person behind the counter, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name. Thank you for the free drink.

Best Waffle House hands down! We actually pass three other locations to come to this one because the service and food is so great. Ms. Cheryl was our waitress and was absolutely wonderful but the whole staff was nice and interacted with us as well. My daughter was given a Waffle House hat when we arrived and they even served her waffle to her cut up already (seems like a minor detail but this momma was extremely thankful ?) . 10 out of 10 Sunday morning staff!

I sat down, and no one came to take my order. Waitress seats 3 tables and takes their orders ahead of me. I had to flag down another waitress to help me. The food was cold. I did leave a tip. That's my last time I will ever go back to a Waffle House.
