Attempted to order food in the drive through for my family of 5. The lady was extremely rude and told me that I would have to come inside for an order that large. I explained that I have ordered the same food on multiple occasions with no problem. I also explained that I could not come in as I would have to get my small children out of the car and then could not carry the food. She continued to be rude and refused to take my order. We used to eat here on a regular basis but will not do so anymore.

I hadn't eaten at Ward's in several decades. Not on 49N anymore (and I guess for many years) but still in Gulfport. Chili Cheese burger, big or little, great and Cajun fries and homemade root beer great. They have rings and you have to ask for the frosted mug,oddly.

Tried to order 3 kids meals and a few burgers and the lady at the drive through told me my order was too big and to come inside , only to give us the wrong burgers completely 🙃 how hard is it to do a simple Job such as take a order and serve the correct meals 🤔

Blonde hair girl on the grill picks up the meat and fixes food with her bare hands & no hairnet 🤮 the Wards in Long Beach is cleaner and they use gloves

I was in Gulfport this weekend helping my son move to move there. I don't like Gulfport a lot. But having a WARDS down the street, I will visit more offen now. They will be thinking I'm coming to visit them more now 😀😁. I have NOT been to a WARDS where I didn't give 5 STARS. This franchise is always consistent with their operation. The people are always friendly no matter what WARDS or state I visit. The lady who served me was just great in every way. And I want it to be know. Thank you! Telling it like it IS, 👍 TerryB 🦼

I walked in on Friday June 20th for breakfast around 6ish 7ish. Not but a car in a stall n two in drive thru. I went in to order a biscuit and gravy to go. I waited after being rang in n cashed out to look thru the kitchen to see the manager and father of the guy cashier making food with gloves on, only to see a strangly black guy come up form the back to attempt to make what seemed to be my food. The manger placed my Togo box on counter the guy pointed and asked if he needed to make my food mind you without gloves wiping hands on clothes and beyond, after I saw the guy open my biscuit place it in container and then bare handedly grab my sausage out of hot pan full of sausage I had seen way more than enough. I yelled n said hey is he making my food I think not he isn't wearing gloves and touched all my food and think I'm going to eat that. The manager yelled up front to his son and said hey give her a refund. Terrible nasty service n I myself work in food and I see why all of the bad reviews I don't recommend this wards for not even a cup of water he'll not even a bottled one
