My husband and I found White Cap on our honeymoon in April of this year. The food was outstanding, as well as the service (Tracie rocks!). We came back to Biloxi bring my mother in law to the casinos, and my sister in law who has cerebral palsy. It was their second time ever going to the beach, so we ask to sit in the outdoor seating area to look at the beach and feel the breeze. The owner himself helped seat us in the outdoor area even though the section was closed, held doors...
My husband brought me for my birthday. Very good, food was great, service was great and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Theresa was our server and she was precious. We’ll be back!!
Ate lunch there on a Saturday and it wasn’t too crowded. Had the best shrimp I’ve ever eaten. The fried oysters were on the small side, but tasty. Hush puppies, slaw and fries were good. It’s across from the beach, so add in a great view. Our server, Hailey, was excellent.
