This morning I placed a to go order over the phone it took about 45 minutes..I got the Voodoo fries with hot lemon pepper boneless wings, the fries had little to no cheese/ranch and wings were overcooked spoke w a new employee “he stated” about how I was unhappy with my order he got smart asked I asked him for a name he told me “an employee” okay fine was told the manager was busy and later had gotten in contact for him to replace the order with no problem I just find it really ridiculous it takes that long for wings and 45 I get my food and I’m disappointed
If I could give negative I would!! Made a to go order drove 30 minutes! Didn’t have my order ready. Had my friends order ready. Waited another 30 minutes still didn’t have it. It’s been a hour and they forgot my order! Than moved it to the back! Waited a whole other hour!! And they forgot it again! And then waited another 30 for it to be cooked and made. Outrageous and straight rude.

This may literally be the WORST wingstop ever. Every time I come here it’s over an hour and half wait. They have over 7 people cooking and still the wait time is ridiculous. If you want wings at 7 order them at 2:45.

Great hot food and service with a smile. We went to Wingstop this past Wednesday evening. We have ordered on the app and in person and both ways are easy. They make their ranch in house, and they have the BEST fries ever! The fries have a special seasoning on them, and they are cut with the skin on them. If you love fries, you must try them at least once in your lifetime. You do have to wait because the food is made fresh, and it is always busy. Some of my favorites; fries, ranch, bone in wings plain with the sauce on the side, boneless wings the same way with the sauce on the side, and Korean BBQ (I think it is called something else). The girls working the counter that evening was very sweet and helpful. It is a small place. If you are in a wheelchair I would suggest going through the drive through. The restrooms are clean and stocked. Many people order the Wingstop and take it to eat at another location. We order and walk around the shopping area and come back when ready. I would recommend. My husband is not big on the BBQ sauces. Most of the sauces and seasonings have spice. If you do not like spice you may want to get everything plan with ranch.

me and my friend ordered wings and fries and first my parmesan wings had weird red sauce INSIDE of them and they tasted weird then my friend lemon pepper had weird sauce inside aswell. The fries were the best part but even they tasted weird

Decent but not the best I’ve had. First they got some Cajun onto my teriyaki because they had spicy spicy wings in the same box as my not so hot wings. My husband likes the spicy but I don’t yet I had to suck it up and eat it since we paid for it. Also we thought the wings were tough. Tasted either dried out or the skin was burnt, not sure. Either way it was hard to eat and now I have a toothache. We should have just stuck to Buffalo Wild Wings but we wanted to try something new.

We definitely need more than one wing stop to serve all of Ms Gulf coast, the wait wouldn’t be so crazy if we did. Amazing food though. Always fried to perfection with the perfect amount of sauce.

Manager took my phone to “see the DoorDash screen” (the order was not on their system) and then fraudulently marked MY answers for me. She cancelled my order incorrectly costing me half pay, and then called the cops on me when I confronted her about not having my permission to mark answers as me in MY app.
I will be calling corporate tomorrow as well as doordash about their manager’s behavior.
