This place has some of the best food and best wings on the Mississippi coast area. They are open late also for those late nighters. Then the best part of all is the flavors. Not only do they have a wide variety of flavors but they have the best flavors.

So, I’ve made 3 trips from bay St. Louis JUST to get wingstop in the past 4 months. Today was my 5th try since I was near by. I knew today would be the day. Nope, closed until truck delivery at 2. Said something similar last month. The other 3 times it was a 45 min wait to order and there wasn’t a soul in the building, and I don’t know what the excuse was the other 2 times. All I want is fries and corn niblets 😩. I’m glad I didn’t make a trip just for wing stop but man I’m craving it so bad. I’m giving up on the Gulfport location for good. And it hurts, but I’m not being let down like that again.

Just place a to go order a couple of days ago the wings were too big and had hair feathers stuck to the skin I called up there and told them they need to go back to their original vendor because these wing's look like hormone chicken they so big it looks abnormal and the their are feathers stuck to my chicken wings this is a complete nightmare won't be going back until they change their vendor back to the original because this don't make no sense

Rude cashier. The chicken was very very salty. I called to inform them the chicken was bad to salty was over powering. We couldn't even eat our meals wasted my money. She hung up on me. Twice. Rude people in there. And the place looked gross. Uninviting. Will not be going back to that location

The rude lady that was there on 10/3/2025 at night has no customer service skills whatsoever. She was rude the moment my husband walked in and asked her a question. She was rude when he came back in for the order at the time she told him to. Then when he asked for an ETA she gave the answer to someone else. Idk what her problem is but she should not be in customer service if she’s going to act like that.

I’ve given this place a total of three chances. Each time it’s been over an hour wait. The most recent time, it took two hours to receive my food. Their reasoning was “a lot of tickets came in at once and mine got lost” The food is good but unless you want to dedicate 1-2 hours for wings, I wouldn’t chance it

DO NOT GO HERE. Never once has the food been on time or remotely close to on time. Doesn’t matter if they’re slow or busy it will take an hour. The food at this location is mediocre in comparison to other stores as well. Management needs to be changed here before it gets better.
So we actually had a bit of an incident coming here supposedly another person had picked up our order verified it was my order I was picking up and I had carry out. Somehow some other lady picked up our order but even after all that. The wingstop employees were super nice and accommodating and went above and beyond to remake our order pretty quickly and even offered to upsize our drink! Just a side note we come here all the time and never have any issues! This just happened to be a a mix up but I just wanted to notice how they were super accommodating about the whole thing! Staff was super friendly highly recommend!!
