By far the worst experience I've ever had eating anywhere. 47 minute wait, total chaos the employees ignored the 50 customers waiting on their order. Don't waste your time or money..

I came here on a Sunday night and ordered around 8 o clock. My order was ready right on time and they got my order right! The fries were a little overcooked but they were still good. The recent 1 star reviews have been a little worrying but they did good for me tonight.

If I can rate the service zero stars I would. I never had workers basically beg us not to order after we said we were okay with waiting. It wasn’t the wait it was that they didn’t want to work. I’ve been to several Wingstops and I think this one just needs to be reevaluated.

Ordered two meals of boneless wings, had a 35 minute wait which is fine, but received bone-in wings, wings had BARLEY any meat on them, they were extremely burnt. fries were burnt as well, had high expectations for this place but will definitely not be going again!!

Called to place an order and the woman on the phone told me they were only placing orders in store. I immediately drove 20 minutes to the location on Pass Road in Gulfport and the girl at the counter says they are done taking orders for the day. At 6:40pm?? When they close at 10pm? I told the girl at the counter I literally just called and you told me to come in person. She said “oh well”.I usually place large orders for my business several times a year. Guess I’ll be going to BWW or Popeyes for my corporate events from now on.Judging from the way this place is ran I highly doubt anyone will care enough to reach out to rectify the situation. Do yourself a favor and go else where for chicken.

I was just here to pick up an order for UberEATS. The staff asked me 4 times what my customers name was. Meanwhile they served 27 people. Yup, I counted. 34 minutes in I got up and asked. They took my phone, went to the back, and brought out the bag of food. Guess what? Yup, it was cold!!! Needless to say, I left it there. Beware is all I'm saying. Especially if you're UberEATS.

Just left and I didnt order anything because of the standing water I seen in the kitchen and hallway by the bathroom. They have fans blowing on the ground. Wingstop is good everywhere, just not when its hazardous to health.

Everytime I order the voodoo fried wit extra cheese(bc I'm also pay'n for the extra cheese, I gotta keep takin my order back to actually get da extra cheese added on my fries.. kinda annoy'n since I'm already pay'n for da dam extra cheese but not get'n it.. smh.. Update: (12/18/2023) ordered the voodoo fries again wit extra cheese and neither order got extra cheese??♀️??♀️.. then da dude purposely didn't add it to my order so I had to get it added again.. completely disappointed since im a regular customer.. then they get an attitude when u ask them for the extra cheese when u thought paid for it.. imma find somewhere else to order from bc their customer service also sucks too..
