They often undercook their fries. If you try to use the app to time your order right to not get soggy warm fries that have steamed in the packaging. They will just pull you forward and make you wait. If you provided a better product that was cooked properly, there wouldn’t be any issues.

There must be new management because when I would always go to Zaxby’s, it would be a long wait with rude customer service and them getting orders wrong but when I went there today, the man at the window was so nice and greeted at me well like I was at Chick-fil-A, good job Zaxby’s.

They handled Veteran's Day with their free food so well. The place was packed. The food came out free, Hot, and they were so nice. Highly recommend this location.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I keep trying to give this place a chance. Yet another horrible experience. Food cold and old, after waiting 20 minutes. Then to be told a kids portion of fries are the same as the combo portion of fries. I think this was it for us😢, at least this zaxbys in particular.

To add: herself and other employees proceed to loudly complain when more orders and DoorDash orders came in stating “it’s 9:40 at night why are people placing orders still”. Probably because you’re open?

Izzy unfortunately isn’t very friendly. Came in 20 minutes before close and was immediately told they do not have any food and our wait would be 20 minutes because they’re about to close. When we said that would be okay it was clear by her attitude that this was annoying to her.

Go to Zaxby's pay for Zaxby's sauce? Not worth it. Last time I go.

Terrible service!!! Go in and the six people after you get their food before you do! Manager didn’t care. Didn’t apologize nothing!!! She has issues and has no clue how to run a store!!!!!!! Never will go back!

Starting to go down hill here now, changing review. Getting expired, older lettuce. I didn't even get my dressing packet with the zalad. This wasn't even half the stuff I picked out. Customers shouldn't have to pick out half their $10 salad.

The food was horrible! Spent $60 for nothing! Wings were rubbery and cold! The drinks tasted syrupy and I couldn’t get a receipt due to their printer being down or something. This is my last time ever supporting a fast food chain again. People work to hard to just give away money to receive this quality of food. It’s over with for Zaxbys wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t care about wasting money

Why is the drive thru line take so long! 1 car in front of me and the employee is checking on something… Keeps apologizing for the wait and an keeps asking to give her 1 sec…. You have had 15 mins to take my ORDER! 3:30pm -3:45 employees name is lizzo or something like that… Drive thru is horrible!!!
