Went to drive thru, and the place was not busy. Took our name, said it would be a few more minutes for cheddar bites. Got home and was totally different order with no cheddar bites. Never again!

Food was burnt had hair in it the customer service sucked and there was a line of ppl returning food. ....the lady who owns it came out and made everyone feel uncomfortable...will not go back and bathroom is filthy

I go here for toast, fries and tea for the few decent vegetarian options I can purchase from nearby. A nice quick treat. Will need to ask for ketchup for your fries or won't get it.

Excellent place every time great food. Update editing my review as of 8/22/24. We waited in drive thur line only to pull up to mic to get turned away at 8:54. Only trying to get my son dinner after his 2 sports practices after school. Will never get my money again.

I went during my lunch break, around 1:15 and the fries are hard as a rock and burnt looking and the chicken is also hard and burnt. You would think during the lunch rush that the food would be better but it’s all hard like the grease needed to be changed. And of course I have no time to go complain or go elsewhere.

The service here is outstanding. It's the whole reason to go. You can get chicken anywhere, but these employees care. It's always clean, they always acknowledge you and do their best to make you happy. If you have to wait a long time, they apologize and offer you a beverage. Food is pretty ok too.
