Cashiers were rude and too busy chatting to take care of 4 of us wanting service. 2 ended up leaving. I had to ask for one of them to come take mt order. This upset ? 3 of them as they were talking and laughing about a TV show. I won't go back and I highly recommend no one else goes to this location.

My drive through order included a diet soft drink. After leaving and getting several miles away, I tasted my drink and it was like pure tonic water. Returned to restaurant. Server asked if I want something else. I replied no, please just change the syrup and give me what I ordered. Server said well, our machine has been broken for months. Changing the syrup will not change the taste. I asked, why did you not say anything when I ordered? The reply was, because most people don’t complain. Server was nice and gave me a refund for the drink but to management, get your business in order! Almost $14 for fast food and they can’t even get the drink machine fixed. Pathetic.

Amazing staff!EDIT: have to change my review. I’ve given this particular zaxbys a ton of chances over the years. Food’s always short on tender count or the tenders are tiny. The food’s usually cold. Like 7/10 times it’s going to be below the warm mark. The staff the last few times has been despicably rude going through the drive through.This place used to be amazing when it was new. Friendly staff, large portions, HOT food, and fast drive through.It’s since turned ghetto. Very ghetto. Worst zaxbys I’ve ever been to.

Customer service is VERY poor everybody on their phones and rude. Asked a question about the sauces and the young lady at the counter was very nonchalant about it as if she was annoyed I was asking. The young people working there have no customer service whatsoever. Zaxbys really needs to reevaluate their staff.
Chicken was sandwhich was decent, but the food is not worth $8.99, $8.98 for a chicken sandwhich, fries and drink? I could go to Wendy’s and get that same meal for a whole lot less and I could get a little bit more for my money on top that the wrap my sandwich came in was tad bit covered in sauce as well as some of my napkins, not to mention the fries not being very good, great establishment but i probs won’t be returning

Today, I visited Zaxby's on 12/20 at 1:32 pm. The Food was hot and fresh. The order taker was friendly and her tone was clear. She thanked me after the order. Drove around and was greeted by a young lady, she verified my name and the Miss lady gave me the correct order and was also customer service friendly. The sprite tasted like sprite. Thank you all for opening on pass road.Parking: It's a new location
